Yaaay finally a dermatologist from the UK. I’ve watched countless RU-vid videos from different dermatologists on RU-vid, but they all seem to be in the US. Half the products they recommend are not available at Boots or superdrug.
Small face towel, changed daily, for me. No more breakouts. Water only in the morning to clean. With glycolic acid toner after. I’m not using micellar water and I’m not planning to. Isn’t it just water with soap pieces in it, that isn’t even washed off? No for me… But mineral water spray - yeah, using it few times a day. I make my own spray toner with it, one part of glycerin and 4 parts of face mineral water. Only enough to last 3-4 days, as there is no preservatives. Oh that sunscreen? Huh, it contains very drying alcohol Ethanol and fragrance, and it’s chemical, not mineral (obviously no white cast because of that) - a solid pass for me! Plus - you didn’t use it on upper eye lids!

I love watching you, but I could never do this routine, too many products. I can barely do 2 Or 3 tops. I guess toner, vitamins C and sunscreen isn’t enough😩
Hello i’d like to start off with an apology i know you may not respond to this but please if you see this please help me by responding privately. I’m extremely insecure of my skin on my face and on my entire body i am only 15 years old yet i find myself covering my body and caking my face with makeup and i’m sick of it. I have severe hyperpigmentation all over around my eyes around my mouth uts came as 2 dark lines where lines form when i smile. After i get acne or if i pick at it i get a bad black spot for months on end and as soon as it goes another comes. On my arms i have keratosis pilaris but after the bumps go i’m left with brown dots my arms are bumpy and rough on the inside of my elbows were my arm folds inwards i have dark brown patch i’m not sure why this is recent about a year. My elbows and knees are extremely dark and inner thighs and back also are darker and my back has keratosis pilaris same situation on the arms. Please i am begging you to help me i cannot afford private healthcare dermatology so i’ve had to go through nhs and i’ve only been told to drink water from ever since i was a child and to mosturise which i have been doing yet no improvement. I am so extremely insecure please i beg of you help me or please recommend products for me i’ve never been this insecure and i can’t stand it anymore i know you may not see this but i desperately need your help.

I have the skinceuticals vitamin C, and I absolutely hate the smell it leaves on my skin. In my opinion, it's too expensive and smells horrible!! Do you have another alternative?
Dear Dr please please help me, I have been researching this for weeks... Can I layer Copper peptide serum (1%) with Matrixyl 3000 serum (8%) without the potential of them itneracting in some way and reducing their efficacy? ( I started worry about this after I read on Timeless skincare website that the don't recomment layering their MAtrixyl 3000 serum with their MAtrixyl Synthe 6 serum due to potential interaction between peptide signaling activities (headbang). I want to layer copper with MAtrixyl because they work in different ways. I don't want to alternate days because all research is done on ingredients used daily, so maybe they are not effective used every other day? Please please help, this drives me to agony:D
I love your videos. Can you please recommend a sunscreen that wont make my eyes puffy and swollen. Ive tried many chemical sunscreens but develop puffiness. I suffer from blepharitis and dry eyes and its so annoying that either they sting my eyes or fee days later my eyes are swollen looking. Thank you so much in advance
Maybe try a Korean sunscreen. I have very good experience with the House Of Hur Weightless Sun Fluid SPF50+ or try a mineral one like from Summer Fridays.
Hii doc. Reusable silicon sheet masks are really in trend nowadays. It says to apply your hydrating toner and serum and then put the mask on your face for sometime. Then clean it and it can be used multiple times. Is it a good option? Any risks?

Like, what are good things to eat, or what vitamins or whatever should you ask your doctor to check your levels? Also, what kinds of makeup do you find the least irritating to your skin type? Wow I also have dry skin, i really need to try that toner and hydrating serum as i already use the vitamin C. But why the vitamin C before the toner as i was under the impression that come before vitamin C.
Love to see you in RU-vid💖 can you please reccomend a glowy finish foundation/skin tint? There are so many options and i dont wanna buy a matte finish foundation :(
