We forget to emphasize on emollients other than corticosteroids as first line therapy in atopic dermatitis.

Some dermatologist have no clue with a visual exam. Psoriasis diagnosis have been given with no history of patient or family history. Too many rashes mimic the same exact visual exam. Propranolol can give a psoriasis looking breakout
