Derna flood survivor finds new life in Tripoli amidst unimaginable devastation 

Natural disasters have displaced tens of millions of people worldwide.
In September, Storm Daniel devastated coastal cities in Eastern Libya.
Nearly 4,500 people were killed and more than 40,000 were displaced.
Al Jazeera spoke to Abdel Hamid Boubaida in Tripoli. He survived the floods and shares his story.
