A series of free will choices are given to a spectator. Using subtle psychological manipulation (explained) I am able to affect the outcome. Note: NO magic methods, props, or sleights or stooges are used in this project.
you are using very cool suggestive maneuvers in this vid. your hand movements stand out words in your sentences quite similar to darren browns work. yay for NLP
You know that a miss in this stage is more then acceptable in that late stage. Also you can always choose not to turn over your prediction when it is wrong.
nice how you showed her with your hands that she has to say 3* and adding that they have to be different, she was left with a 1,5,7,9 .... and after that, from 5 cards, she really had only one choice after taking out the Ace, the 7 ('cause it was a black card), and the other two cards just 'cause they were both hearts....and what's left? 9 of Diamonds :P
I would have thought the 9 was because after the ace then the 7, she would be enticed to move as far away in the other direction as possible. Is that how he did it? By indicating the pattern of middle to right?
The King of Diamonds was the high value red card in the trick he pulled on her previously, thus subliminally suggesting she pick that for the next trick.
But how do you decide, when it is enough for subliminal messages? I mean, you are somehow show 3 7 (I wonder how), and you probably do it in few ways... When it is enough?
you know you don't have to ask questions to find out where to card is just move her arm around and you should feel some resistance when you go off the card that is hers it might seem more impressive as well =) great vid though
@teststudent3 yes, he was so obvious, but not if you aren't expecting it. The diamond was laughable wasn't it? But even more obvious was the 37. He's holding it right in her face. Three on the right hand, and seven on the left and and right hand. He isn't even flashing it anymore. He's literally holding it in her face.
But you didn't explain how you were able to write out the K of D card ahead of time. Derren also des this - he explains a bit of how he did it, but doesn't explain everything. That way a bit of mystery is left and people are still interested. I think i know how he could have done this main/best part of the trick, but i'm not really sure.
Well done. Within his hand gestures he was incestantly flashing her a three on the right hand and seven with the left and right hand combined, then he formed thirty seven by combining both hands right in her face no longer flashing them but sticking them in her face. Three on the right, seven on the left. The hands are suggesting the number before she even heard the question. The final signal is almost laughable, Holding a three and a seven right in her face "now pick a number?" How bout 37.
all magic has prestige..when he held her had he kind of helped show the lie..something like anchoring..u know she couldnt figit..hahah...and blond simple girls..u knw
