is it just me that finds it slightly odd that these people were not only competing for a chance to load a gun for Derren to shoot himself with but also many were disappointed that they didn't get to do it?

The "secret location" for Russian Roulette was apparently Jersey in the Channel Islands, as the Channel Islands are outside of UK law, a separate entity and so it was a little bit easier for them to film this special there.

how do you think he did it, if it is true that nothing is rigged. I wonder how he has friends if he can tell so much about a person just from them repeating 6 numbers. It would be worse than having a friend who is a psychoanalyst. You would feel every conversation and move you made was being analysed.

@@PetroicaRodinogaster264 I vaguely remember him mentioning that sort of stuff in an interview: basically, since mentally analysing and/or influencing people is kind of his job it's not something he can be arsed doing all the time in casual social interactions, so it's a bit weird for him when people imagine that he does.
