I'm not that good at basketball but I love to play it. I can just shoot around for hours after I'm done weight training. It's just something about being alone shooting even if you do miss still feels good.

Fact is he is better now than his MVP years but less flashy plays and his dunks now are rare and not fancy as before. He even carrying weak ass Pistons with limited minutes. Hope he got more minutes like before tho.
His explosiveness was unlike anything i ever seen in the NBA. It was so much his knees could not handle it. Did not matter how much room u gave him, Rose was going to drive past you.
Don't lift weights/train in ball shoes. The foams/padding creates an unstable base under heavy load,damaging your ability to provide force to the floor- which can be bad for stability, or in the worst case contribute to joint damage/cause an injury.
