An exploration of the capital city of Iowa in the Midwest United States. Considered flyover land by many this state and city contain many well-preserved wonders of the Old-World. This is also the location of the finest state capitol in the U.S. which compares to the very best across the land and is the first building this channel explored.

Beautiful, thank you for sharing Lucius. Emil Pales got his new book out ARCHITECTURE, HUMAN BODY AND CULTURAL EPOCHS. JUSTIFICATION OF ORGANIC ARCHITECTURE (IN SLOVAK AND HUNGARIAN) Makovecz Centre and Archives, Budapest, September 30, 2023 According to Vitruvius, architectural styles spring from proportions of human body. This idea has a much deeper meaning than previously thought. Every mental process relies on a certain subsystem of bodily organs. And architecture of each epoch is derived from the shape of those organs of human body which are associated with the mental processes prevalent in that epoch. For example, the rationalist Enlightenment created Neo-classicism, derived from the forms of the central nervous system. The consumerist-materialist Baroque recalls the organs of the digestive system. Conservative absolutism takes inspiration from the spherical shapes of bones. Skyscrapers grew up with democracy because they are an image of the backbone, which symbolizes free individuality. The Gothic church imitates the rib cage, and rosettes appear with the romanticism of courtly love, just as colour is associated with courtship and sexuality in nature. Organic architecture is not just any building resembling living shapes. Architects of all ages have unconsciously incorporated into their buildings precisely those structural elements from living nature which are associated with the mentality typical of their cultural epoch. In a deeper sense, therefore, all architecture is organic. 💛

Never thought before about visiting Iowa. What to do, and to see in a corn field. Only until I saw beautiful presentations on this channel. Some time ago I was wondering what a French name had to do with this city. What the monks were doing there? Started digging in the books, and I did find out in the indigenous Miami-Illinois language it sounded as "moingona". Having some background in Indo-European languages, I did hear "moi gon" which means "My Path". Looked into the official explanations which were saying "a road or a portage" (a path for carrying a boat and supplies between waterways). Some would think it was just a coincidence. But did anyone think that AriZona meant Zone of Aryians, Nevada - No water, Nebraska - Not Attractive. OreGon may sound as AryGon which is Path of Aryians (to their Zone). There are dozens of other cities, mountains, and states' names in North America with absolutely different meanings we were told by the Specially Trained People.

The concrete building material was made from corn. It is the reason that the buildings can last forever. Corn forms a silica lattice that is stronger than steel. Corn is very similar in its makeup to sand. Silicone forms polymers similar to carbon, they share a periodic table family. But silicone is stronger. Modern skyscrapers have a maximum good structural life of 70 to 80 years. After that, the structural elements break down. Mainly because of poor ventilation, but that's another story.

They also mixed in shells from oyster or Conchas (Roman Empire Conquering south America, optimizing their ceramic constructional capabilities.) Now, why shells do you think? Because the organic material gets stronger when exposed to uv light/sun light, over time. Same technology your dentist use to flash UV - harden the composites This in combination with the starch together with plaster of Paris approach, Venice is a perfekt perverse example of building a small scale Theme Park to show off the tech conquered. But, did you know you can also dissolve regular lime and sandstone with vinegar? This probably wasn't known, publicly, if you want to able to sell worldwide bricks, you also need to know how to have an advantage over the ones wanting your house. :D

That Arnold impression was GOLD! 😂😂😂 My brother. You are on point. I used to feel so alone. I knew the great awakening was coming. I just wasnt sure how it would pop off. When we cut out all the b-s, im left with one thought that cant escape me. I keep coming back to this thought regardless of where or how I start. It is simply, I am you, you are me, we are all one. For my reflections that are beginning to wake up, do me a favor please. Each and everyday, when you go to do your morning routine, I ask that you brush your teeth with the opposite hand. When finished, look yourself in the eyes in the mirror and tell yourself, I love you 9 times. When you say it, mean it. Finish off with a couple of deep and exaggerated breaths breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. I promise you that it will change your life. We stopped loving ourselves. We stopped using both hemispheres of our brain. (left = feminine, right = masculine). Its time to free ourselves from ourselves. I LOVE YOU! Payback in full. We are no longer the fool. Payback in full. We are no longer the fool. Payback in full. We are no longer the fool.

If I recall correctly, the narrative was that the capitol was originally across the river and it moved to east side of the river. Speaking of Iowa education, they were the first state to institute state wide testing with the Iowa Basic Skills test. Was Iowa so important that it was also one of the first states infiltrated by the PTB to destroy the heartland? Many of the biggest corporations took up residence there. Monsanto, Cargill, Collins, the list goes on.

Hello Lucious, I have been watching your videos for awhile and I have noticed that the town I live in follows these trends of old world architecture and a lot of fires that have destroyed older buildings. Such as a clock tower that was in our old downtown. They rebuilt it many years later with very little justice to what originally existed. There’s tunnels under the town as well. I have seen an entrance to them that have been bricked off myself. The original court house still stands and is a beautiful structure. The original high school, a brick building, was burned down mysteriously only 60 years after it was built in 1906. This town is Red Bluff, CA. A very small town but with the same trends. The name was originally something else too. Steamboats that used to traverse the river.

That's very interesting! It's nice to see others looking at all these buildings and asking questions! I love driving by old buildings and wondering what the real history is! I've seen alot of similarities in old buildings in South Dakota but not as grand as what you have there in Des Moines. But same type of narrative that doesn't make sense or add up. I've gone to the library and looked at old maps. And when you see a population of mostly spread out farmers around a city with big buildings and less than 50 houses and no cars, I start wondering what there daily schedule looked like with raising a family, building their houses, farming, butchering, working at the shops, making products, building a city, then having time to eat and use the bathroom, ect. All in a period of 20 years. The corn palace in Mitchell, SD is another one that doesn't make much sense. Thanks for all your input! It helps give me different perspectives of what to look for 🙂

About the time you mentioned photo manipulation was about the same time i was going to mention that many of these "construction/vanilla skies" photos are obviously steering a narrative. Boots on the ground are going to be more and more crucial as far as narrative busting. I was watching auto-didactic and he was showing a plethora of photos that were manipulated all within the same timespan that this infrastructure was being photographed. It seemed to be an artform, so imo pictures from this time arent always what we are seeing. My dad is an indie/amatuer photographer that had his own dark room back in the day and he was very much into surrealism in photography. He would "photoshop" all kinds of pictures, two combined frames to create surreal pictures that looked real but absolutely weren't. He won all kinds of awards photoshopping pictures in the late 80s.

It’s amazing how detailed these capitol buildings are. I recently visited Californias state capitol. Really beautiful and interesting Greek architecture and symbolism. Minerva and Medusa are on the state seal. Medusa has been covered up many times but the original seals are in the building. Minerva (Greek goddess) symbols can be seen throughout the capitol. Another cool building is the Supreme Court Building across the street. A lot of reference to knights and kings streets /roads /buildings there. Like the Sacramento kings bb team.

There is an ancient tomb inside the capital library in Des Moines. I remember once when I was on a tour young there, the librarian lady for some reason now that I think about it probably wasn't supposed to but after telling me and the other kids I was with about the old book we asked her if we could see it and she said they always kept it behind a locked door which he went in a small office and came out and brought out this huge tome. Don't remember what was in it or if she even gave a description, just remember that it was the oldest thing I have ever seen To this day. Still wonder about that book

The buildings had a special ventilation system designed to keep the extensive underground system viable and give the building structure eternal life. They did not like this, they thought the buildings were too "drafty". So they damaged the ventilation systems, then the interior temperatures were uncomfortable, so they razed the structures or installed modern HVAC, which will eventually destroy them.

Where did they get their limestone? is Iowa known for their ample supply of limestone? Was there a Des Moines before there was a Ft. Raccoon? Was there a weekly or monthly supplies being delivered, up river, from probably St. Louis at the time? Bunch of questions on how these cities got there building materials, I think it was the trains before the trains were running...if you know what I mean...

I wonder if the building is part of that campus. So close to Riverview Park, the original one with the Mighty Mouse roller coaster. If I remember correctly from 30 years ago, the tunnel from the capital building to the Lucas building is tiled in small yellow/greenish squares on the walls. Not ornate, kinda 50 or 60ish looking. Yep, like I've said before, I live about an hr and a hlf east of Des Moines and I will certainly be visiting again with new eyes. I've recently learned of underground tunnels in Vinton IA, miles long and they connect to the Brail School, which is a huge old world looking building. The town of Independence IA has an entire underground sq block, with store fronts still down there, the whole nine. Supposedly, the underground Independence thing was done because of flooding... But we've seen worse flooding here in 2008 and I heard of no one building and covering at least an entire block. They do actually do tours of Independence Underground once per year, in the summer I believe. Ps, there is a massive Asylum complex in Independence also and it is huge! Closed in the 90's. Weird stuff and I encourage people to look, because IT IS LITERALLY EVERYWHERE that anomalies are found. Thanks for the info, you've got me sold on the visit.

@@Restitutor_Orbis_214 . Yep exactly, about 6 months ago you got me hip to the Des Moines area and the Capital especially, with those same videos and I certainly appreciate it! You're how my interest got peaked into going. Sometimes you can be surprised by what is basically in the back yard lol. The tunnels in Vinton IA span across the bulk of the entire town, perhaps 3-5 miles ish and then connect to the massive Brail School, which looks like a Castle compared to most buildings. I can only surmise that the tunnels were for the purpose of shuttling the blind children minus the threat of traffic. But the problem is that these passages are not very tall. I stand about 6 ft and I am totally crouching, or I'm bumping my head. I'm guessing they're only about 5 ft 6 inches in height, so this would defeat the point of ushering the blind children safely, they would bump their head for sure. So why pour miles of a concrete tunnel, 10-12 ft deep, directly beneath an established town center? This would be a huge undertaking and cost wise, we're talking not cheap by any means lol. Perhaps I'm missing something here... They were established long before Prohibition, idk. Vinton is rural, it's not a big town, it is home to the Co Courthouse and many very large, old world Architecture looking homes, that are on the historical register, which are not really found anywhere else in the Co now that I think of it hmm. Maybe it's nothing, it just seems pretty out of place for the area especially. It connects only to one store and the Brail school supposedly. My buddy knows the store owner and he's already given us permission to explore, it should be interesting. If I find a doorway to the hollow earth, or meet the Ant People, I will break it on your channel first my friend lol. Take care man ttyl Take care, I always enjoy the videos, I was unsubbed somehow, not no more.
