Desert Galaxy with PanPastels (Part 2) 

For this video, we'll stamp out a desert scene on our PanPastel background (from Part 1), using Stampscapes stamps, then color it up with Prismacolor Pencils. This is a size 5 X7 printed on smooth cardstock.
