I really enjoy your videos; I live in West Texas near San Angelo. I just bought some seeds and now I know what to do. Thank you for your videos on seed germination and care.
Thank you Maria for sharing. I’m down in Miami, and every time I have a question I search your videos. They’re always very informative. Thank you for taking the time to help us. God bless you.
Love your channel Maria, you are something else you have a unique way to share information. I bought 3 desert roses 🌹 this year and you have been a big part of my success with them and I didn't know a thing about them, now thanks to you I love them and want more 😂. Thank you Maria.
Maria, I have watched your videos since the beginning. I have told many folks about your channel. I belong to a Adenium group on Facebook and I recommend you always. You helped me back in May to doctor my poor little adenium from rot. You called me and told me how to save it and it worked. I sent you a photo. I feel you are my desert rose plant buddy. Also you did a lifesaver video for me and I have had so many flowers grow on her. Thank you always! Please add me to your giveaway list too. Susan in Pennsylvania
I started my 1st seedlings in August & they are now growing beautifully with the help from what im learning from your channel. I live in a tropical country where DS grows beautifully. Thanks for all yr videos Maria. Xxx
I have been researching Adenium and watching your channel for eight months. I finally bought a 3 year old desert rose from a nursery and ordered my first seeds from Mr Ko. I am fairly new to gardening but I feel like I have learned a lot from you. Thank you!!

Hi Maria. I have been watching your videos since I bought my first desert rose. You have saved me from losing it! I live in AZ and since I am a newbie to growing these plants, your help has been priceless! I hope to see my baby grow big enough for it to have seed pods so I can grow more as you have shown us. Bless you for all you do and for your fantastic videos! Please also include me in your giveaway. Thank you!!
I love watching you work with the desert roses. I have a while before I can do much for my seedling with about 7 leaves, I want it to have a very nice big caudex in a few years so It's nice to learn about them so much from you. Thank you so much. Oh, I would really like to win one of your plants. Have a very nice day! :-)
Chris Green Hi Chris if you seedlings have 5 truly leaves is time to transplant in to 4” pot by using 80 % pine bark mulch and 20% peat moss also some good fertilizer like osmocote 14-14-14-slow release thank you Maria’s garden
Glad to see you, it’s been a long time since I have seen you. I missed you. I need to buy desert flower seeds from you I live in Texas, near the capital of Texas. Your friend Ester Zapata.
Diane Lancellotta Hi Diane you may go head and replant now using 80 % pine bark mini nuggets 20% peat moss and mixing some good blooming fertilizer like phosphorus very important to use this mix thank you Maria’s garden 🐝🐛🐝🐜🐛😂🌺
Such an easy relaxed way of presenting your videos. I am a layman in the field of adeniums, but I am very eager to learn as the species caught my fancy. I will follow your advice to the letter where possible. Problem is that in sunny South Africa we do not have at our disposal the exposure to the availability of the plants like you do in the USA. Do you harvest your own seeds or are they available at nurseries? I only have two adenium plants of which I do not know the variety hence I am a bit hesitant to prune, repot and making cuttings from what I have. Thank you so much for the information shared.
I have three desert plants two white ones and one fuchsia, and they were babies when I first brought them now they are a mature plant, before I left on vacation I had over 12 pods. I come home after two weeks someone had stole all my pods. The only reason why I counted them was because I was going to take some to my moms and save some for my dad in Puerto Rico, so I’m very disappointed. go figure I live in a really good neighborhood. I know he had to be one of my neighbors he’s known for things like that. I’m so sad all I had was one pot left so they are now dry and I am going to do exactly what you said to do. I don’t wish anyone harm but to be honest with you I hope to see you still grounded for being so ugly and stealing.Wish me luck Maria
Yvette Fernandez Hi Yvette I totally understand how you feel about what I said don’t get mad or sad yes let it be maybe they need more thank god is watching don’t wish anything bad for any one is all god will give bad to you three or four times god help does people I think if they ask you for you shade with them but just walking and disturb you plants was not nice they maybe come and apologized to you tha be nice when someone one take something from me a pray the person the take thank Maria’s love you
Hiya. Great videos, I am inspired to grow seeds. Should a heat mat be used for germination? I am in hit, dry, climate and will be germinating inside. Thank you
Maria. Did you know that the white driveway rocks from Lowes Home Depot etc provide calcium to our plants. Learned this from Rick L orchids channel. My Mr Ko seed babies are looking so fat and cute ❤ tks💞🐩🌷
Hi Maria! I’m sorry, but could you please tell me the name of and explain what the thing was that you said to just sprinkle on top of the seedlings if you forget to put it in the soil? I just love all of your videos!❤
Omg!! Maria, yo tengo 12 seedling y tienen casi un año pero estoy esperando for they to bloom por que no se que color sea, how can I make them bloom faster???
Hi, have you ever had experience with the tip of the seedling leaves turning kind of gray & soft? I’m asking around for ways to handle this. Thanks Maria!
Maria when do desert rose go dormant? I live in Florida, and I have 12 desert rose that are about 1.5 inch each and to older plants. I need help and I am new. One more question, when can I repot them? Thanks so much
Madeline Dalrymple please Hi Madeline the only place to buy seeds is Mr Ko Website tips://www.adenium.com.tw phone :093-281-8198 thank you Maria’s garden
Maria first off thank you for all the videos, I spend my afternoons watching all the videos on Desert Roses. I'm going to try growing soon and I saw you said you put something on them that sounded like Asmoco. What is that? Im sorry if I spelled it wrong. Also are your seedlings in regular soil? Thank you!
FranksFlyTraps Hi Frankly you can purchase any color seeds but is very hard finding a honest person to sell you the seeds you need to be very carefully when you buy seeds you can get red ,yellow, blue, orange, white ,pinks, and many other colors also grafted desert rose produce seed the color they were grafted and desert roses from cutting produce seeds the same color were they were cut from, the best thing to do for anyone is to buy desert roses from seeds or grow you own seedlings the color you choose thank you Maria’s garden

rajesh kumar hi my friend the first thing you need to do is germinate you seed the correct month of the year according to you weather I need to know where are you located about the soil very important the soil has very good drainage and more drainage you can used many types of mix if you got to ace hardware they have many soil you can used any like weigh potting soil 80% and 20% perlite also very important to apply fungicide to the mix also Epson salt unscented and osmocote slow release for every cubic of soil about 1/4 cup of Epsom salt unscented and 1/4 of osmocote slow release and you need to soak them for about 48 hours thank you if you. have any additional questions feel free to ask thank you Maria’s garden
What is your opinion on this. I’ve read that once you cut the caudex, like you have to do to create radial roots, that the caudex stops growing in thickness. Is this true?
Donna Nelson hi my friend Donna I have few videos about this you do this to you seems when they about six seven months old to help them grow stronger and healthy also the causes get larger but when you do this you need to place you seedlings under roof for six to seven weeks to recover no rain not direct sun ☀️ you need to keep 1/2 inch of the top of the soil moist during this time if you have any questions please let me know Maria’s garden
