Tyler, Did you go to John Bapsts? Thanks for putting this up. Memories for me as my late wife was at most of these early welcome receptions. She was class of ‘90 or ‘91 I think. Then in the late ‘90s I was honor to work at BIA and worked plenty of these flights in the wee hours.
No, I went to Bangor High School (Class of 2003). I had a good friend named Jason Agrell who went there. My late father worked from the early 80's through the late 90's at the various airlines (Eastern Express, Northwest Airlink, etc.) and government contractors (Raytheon and BASF) that had hanger space in & around the airport. I spent lots of time there as a kid. I remember parts of the troops returning, including one guy who gave me a pina colada-flavored chapstick that was on a drawstring and desert camo colored haha.
