Watching this gives me chills, cuz the only part of the recipe we were missing was an overly competent quarterback who could make the correct reads on the fly. Not throwing shade at Baker, love him for where he took us and will always respect his game, but this is the level we were hoping Baker would elevate to, and why Watson is among the best in the league. Hope you get there too one day Baker, but this is our time!

He was doing great with Hyde and Duke Johnson and they were players that Cleveland moved on from. Imagine him running that offense behind Cleveland's present running backs, Njoku and Cooper to catch passes and a healthy line. It's no wonder they went after him and it's an obvious upgrade from Baker (who I love).

Y'all I watch Football Sunday and Monday night that's it. And I understood about 10% of this video, but holy sht I couldn't stop watching. I have a great deal of respect for these athletes and the way they approach their profession. I actually want to go and find out more about the game now.

His reading pre-snap is great. It's why he's allowed so much flexibility and control. I really hope with this new faster more versatile offense he takes a big leap this year. He needs to improve being able to identify when receivers with leverage are about to break out, he can seemingly be a tad slow there. Maybe it's just he still lacks a bit of vision and feel for the whole field. Maybe it's just because he was staring down Hopkins half the time IDK tho. All I know is he has all the right stuff, all the natural talent and most of the right acquired talent bc he has the work ethic. If he makes just a few improvements (that are definitely achievable for someone of his caliber) he could not only lead a very unstoppable offense for the next few years... but with some luck he could hang it all up as one of the GOATs one day.

The RPO will become a staple for Coach Stefanski. He already loves boots/rollouts with Cousins/Mayfield. Imagine what he can do with a fast, true RPO QB.
