Design eyewear made from reclaimed piece of Ash tree 

This video shows how to use self manufactured veneers in wooden spectacle frames. I first cut a block of firewood into boards, then into 1/16" thick veneers. Then I sanded down to approximate 1/32" thickness and boiled the veneers and after that they were flexible enough to bend into designed eyewear frame shape. Similar process was used for temples.
High quality lenses are cut to fit exactly the frames and I got one more pair of reading glasses to my collection.
