From VG you can adjust halftone of mainmodel visibility. When you activate the design option in the VG appears a new tab.

Using Revit LT 2021, and didn't have the design options button. Go to file-options-user interface-enable design options. Not sure why it was unchecked but this brought it back.

The company I work for requires me to design multiple elevations per house. This might be the solution instead of linking multiple exterior files that you can't schedule.

Hey teacher, I realize the second design option changes did not take into account the batt insulation. Why is that? Is it because it is a detail element and not model?

I followed the instructions but when I try to move the elements from Main Model to opt2, it doesn't let me because the warning and error.

what if you want to add another element to the design option set, is that possible? Im having trouble trying to make changes to my option sets or main model once i've created the design options.

This only applies to 3d items then? IE should we do any detail lines or fills then this does not work?

Hello Balkan! How to use design option on facade view? I can not find option "visible in option" like on plan views. Only solution i have found is via v/s-design option and already there to choose an option that I need. Why is it so complicated on facades?
