Discusses the step by step iterative design procedure of a shell and tube heat exchanger. For handouts and presentations please visit www.mun.ca/engineering/crise/... www.mun.ca/engineering/crise/...
This is part of a course and students solve a problem in class. Please find the problem in the link below www.mun.ca/engineering/crise/media/production/memorial/academic/faculty-of-engineering/c-rise-engineering/people/Heat_Exchangers_Workbooks.pdf
@@salimahmed1711 sir thanks for sharing it....If the additional info is not given and if we need to proceed the design how can we do it sir?For example I'm designing a Heat Exchanger in an industry,Using TEMA standards and according to my flow rates I have found the tube dia,and other data etc except the effective LENGTH of the heat exchanger....How can we find it?
These kind of videos I am sorry to say are useless. Instead of teaching bla bla bla, take a working heat exchanger from the industry, and do the reverse calculation. Had enough of this gibberish knowledge with no realtime application.
