Designer Chocolate Class 10 | Manisha Bharani Kitchen
1) Important things about Chocolates:
- Take 1 slab of Cocoa Butter and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds on high-power mode. (Repeat this step thrice)
- Take 1 tbsp of Cocoa Butter and add the Chocolate Soluble Colour of your choice to prepare the coloured Cocoa Butter of your preference.
- Always make Cocoa Butter in small batches as per requirement to maintain it’s quality and the quality of shine.
- Caution: Keep water away while preparing chocolates as it spoils it.
Plain Bon Bon Chocolate
Ingredients:
Silver Cocoa Butter
Golden Cocoa Butter
Red Cocoa Butter
Molten White Chocolate
Method:
Take the Poly-carbonate chocolate mold and coat the mold with Coloured Cocoa Butter and freeze for 30 seconds (Repeat this procedure thrice). (Decorate the chocolates following the steps as shown in the video)
Now, fill the mold with White Chocolate and freeze the Chocolates for 1 minute in the freezer.
Unmold the Chocolates and the delicious Plain Bon Bon Chocolates are ready to serve!
