Designer Chocolate Class 6 | Manisha Bharani Kitchen
Fruity Treats Chocolate
Ingredients:
Lime Green Cocoa Butter
Green Cocoa Butter
Molten Cocoa Butter
Molten White Chocolate
Kiwi Fruit Filling
Method:
Take the chocolate mold and coat the mold with Lime Green Cocoa Butter and freeze for 30 seconds (Repeat this procedure twice, use Green Cocoa Butter in the second step). (Decorate the chocolates following the steps as shown in the video)
Coat the mold with Molten Cocoa Butter and allow it to freeze for 30 seconds.
Now, coat the mold with White Chocolate and freeze for 30 seconds. (Repeat this step twice)
Now, add the Kiwi Fruit Filling to the center of the coated mold and then fill each mold with Molten White Chocolate.
Freeze the Chocolates for 1 minute in the freezer.
Unmold the Chocolates and the delicious Fruity Treats Chocolates are ready to serve!
