Pure character & charisma & brains & courage along with her unique style (but ladies: do NOT copy her to 100 % - that wouldn't be in her sense of style. Rather find yourself and if you do not want to dress up: fine!) She ist a role model for girls/women with brains/humour/a good self-esteem. Follow her and others of her kind. That's my advise (from an old lady, too).
