Designing A Home in Las Vegas at Design Studio Taylor Morrison 

Gotta say this is way nicer than Blue Heron's design studio. This is very organized and seems to have more options.

I gotta say it is a super smart business move for someone to place their design studio inside Downtown Summerlin. I've been to that mall, and even though it's not a super upscale mall, the area and the way its designed is very nice. Thank you for walking us through this process it's really fascinating. That backsplash on the bar looks incredible. It reminds me of woven fabric. I just want to let you know that your "rant" makes so much sense. That is very great advice you're giving, which sounds like it's due to all of the experience you have selling homes. These little tidbits of information are little nuggets that some of us don't have.
