I really like how your MOCs don’t sacrifice playability for the design. And somehow the design still looks amazing. I relate to the designers block.

It's the most amazing minifig scale that i everseen. I wasnt interested at all by the ship (more of a prelogy republic style fan) but you made me love this ship. Your attention to details and your building technic is far beyond all i ever seen on youtube. Keep going man ! Youre doing such a great job !

This is one of those builds that you see and it hits you right in your chest. Like, you saw it, youre looking at it, you can logically follow the lines in front of you to see how it came to be but its stunning all the same. Its not even done yet but its already up there with your Stinger Mantiss. Holy crap man lol im in love with this project

While a new 2bricks video is always essential viewing, with every new vid posted recently my thoughts have been, "Nice one, but what's going on with the T-6 shuttle?"! This is the 2bricks stuff we love to see; awesome designs with informative commentary on build techniques we can learn so much from. Very excited to see how this turns out.

I'm absolutely astonished with the efficiency of your build techniques. My eye caught that dorsal superstructure at the beginning of the video and I got all excited but said "nah, that's like a 5 stud gap tops, it's far too tight to have those doors open" but of course they do! 🤣 I'm so in love with the design of this model. My favourite detail for some reason though is that ridge in the wing assembly where the outer angle of wedge plates begin, just that short block of tiles headed by the 1x2 white slope piece sat directly next to the depressed seam of grey elements. It's a detail that is really authentic to the model.

Awesome update! I gotta say, each time you came out with a solid Phantom Menace design lately, while those were totally sweet, I was like, “but when will the T6 continue?” 😅😂 This thing is amazing. Also fun to hear you were able to incorporate the details learned from Adam Savage’s interview!

You're the only designer who gets me excited to build MOCs of ships I have no real interest in. I can't tell you how impressive a feat that is. Your enthusiasm and ingenuity are that infectious! I hope you'll understand that calling you a "mad genius" is the highest compliment I can offer. More power to ya!

It’s looking incredible. It truly blows the official set out of the water. I think LEGO should have made the set in a larger scale, it’s just too small. The gray on the LEGO set also makes it look not so great. I’m glad that you went with white. It looks so much better.

Hmm, I wonder if it would be possible to put a mechanism into the engine where you can press in the center piece and then it pushes onto parslts on the inside of those thrust flaps to open them up. Obviously you'd still have to close them manually, but that would a really cool mechanism to have. Oh, and incredible work as always, can't wait to see the finished model

I was impressed a few videos back when you showed the floor/table mechanism, and now I am even more impressed seeing it integrated. You may have already stated it, or you might not know yet, but what scale will this be? Or what is the projected width and length?

If you want a bigger cockpit, look at that 4+ shuttle set.

The way the wings spin around is cool but realistically it isn't needed at all. Coolness makes the world go round.... And the wings😂

@14:15 Those engine cowlings are called nozzles. Since this model ship only contains one set, those would just be primary engine nozzles. They are very common on military aircraft.

Wow, amazing progress. Not sure if you need an idea from the peanut gallery, but if so, that little aft landing gear your thinking of omitting. I think you could get it so that when the bottom ridge collapses for landing, that it protrudes out as the ridge compresses and then recesses when the ridge lowers to fill that inflight detail?

I'll say it again, this is looking so good! I'm wondering you won't end up having to put MORE weight unto the wing, on the part that's in front of the swivel point, to balance it out with the part behind it when it's in its "up" stance. Excited for how this evolves!

Crazy how incredibly obvious the color differences within the dark red are. It works for Star Wars, because it creates a used look, but that is a serious quality issue. In my hometown we have a big ugly wannabe Times Square building that is panelled up in dark red glass and it has this exact same issue.

Its looking amazing. I will say that single battledroid arm connection for the airlock door/hatch feels pretty weak and prone to aging poorly.

wow that table mechanism is so awesome! I didn't build the original set and left it for pieces, but this is tempting... however I might not get the pieces as I'm collecting for your OG uss Falcon at the moment and not much grey is left :D also I didn't like the show at all so I plan to build my own "expanded universe" starfighter for Ahsoka which I store in my imagination for quite some time...

What if the fin actually locks the wings in place when its lifted?

Always good. You make me want sets from sides of SW I don’t care about, that takes skill! Have you considered doing a better play-scale AT-AT? Also working on a “Master Builder” style Echo Base myself, far easier than a vehicle, but it’s surprising how much goes into considerations of detail and space if you put head-canon limits on part counts and cost.

Is this minifigure scale? If this is you should sumbit your design to brickvault! Great video btw!

I know not everything can be accurate... and I know bigger sets is bigger prices and blah de blah... but for crying out loud when you show off all these cool interior parts of the ship how come all we get with the lego set... is the cockpit? DX
