I didn't like him, but seeing this interview makes me think he's a cool guy. we need people with this spirit to help the people. maybe it's cuz just he's young he's having fun and making mindless music but I hope he can mature and positively influence the youth. because our youth is headed the wrong direction.

I feel like Charlamagne's question at 16:29 was an attempt to shame Desiigner. He probably assumed based on Desiigner's youth, energy, and content that he wouldn't be in tune with politics and I feel like he wanted to put his ignorance on blast. Not feeling that.

I'm not ignorant at all. Well of some things I am as are you, but I could have answered that question easy. However that isn't the point. You don't try to embarrass a young brother, try to show him better or give him info. Charlamagne would feel the exact same as Desiigner if during one of his book talks someone randomly asked "Charlamagne, what's your take on the how the Obama administration approached the reduction of carbon emissions versus Trump's carbon emissions policy and his overall environmental policy?"
@Fam Biz Entertainment It's all about context. He randomly inserted a political question in a conversation that had up until that very moment been about the music industry and the young brother's career. It was a setup.

In her defense, today's music industry is a business first, so everyone has to stay in their lane when it comes to that hustle... Don't get me wrong bro', It's okay to share a laugh every now & again. But ultimately, artists visit radio stations to promote their projects & music. Given that there is a limited amount of time allotted per segment/interview, SOMEONE has to be "that person" to break s**t up and bring s**t back to the foundation. Glad at least ONE of 'em is mindful of the clock, even if it means comin' off as a "Negative-Nancy" at times... lol
