Whooooaaaaa!!! Breakfast club is deleting comments! Someone posted from the jump about how biased this interview is because everyone is on Puff's payroll with revolt owning this show - got maaaad likes and they took all similar comments down 😂😂😂 wow
mgk exposed em. em replied by saying im a better rapper then you. wow em won the wordplay battle but mgk exposed him. but he won because he is more popular
He hates em so he just blindly agreed to all the bs mgk said, even skipped over the most obvious 20m record claim. I can't take him seriously after all this, he gets in his feelings too much and plays favorites. Almost everything mgk said in this interview could be refuted, guys a complete hypocrite. Breakfast club takes a L for this
Man, Kells was going through it BAD this time 5 years ago. You can see it on his face; drained, strung out. I’m glad to see he’s in a better place and even more successful than before.
I was most definitely an Eminem fan because my daughter fell in love with him because of his story. However, when I heard the whole narrative about Em and MGK and why Eminem was BIG MAD and I heard Killshot and Rap Devil, I'm not gonna lie, I switched sides real quick. I fell in love with MGK and EVERYTHING he stands for. He's real. He keeps it 100 and he's somebody I feel like you could just sit down with and have a real conversation. IDGAF what anybody ever tries to say about him because his music, his message, his life experiences, and his voice have been there for me every time I needed it. I feel like he's not just used this platform he has to show off or make money, he's used it to try and relate to people, to bring people together. MGK and Chester Bennington are two of the most beautiful souls I've ever seen and felt. Thank you!!
@@owens7945 My point is. If you are something.. you don't flip up. He doesnt speak this way or communicate this way anymore. Your personality doesn't just switch. Even if you do different music.
Man just the fact that mgk was kinda stuck n had to take a moment to respond when asked about macs passing n his drug use, that says a lot about the state he was in.
I’m finally watching this officially for the first time and wtf😂 there’s 75k like and dislikes This was a great interview (don’t see/hear why people would hate it)
this is an interview where mgk's drug use comes up and he's humble enough to accept some of their advice instead of acting like he's right about everything
Love for yall to interview him now after his new rock venture and his new rap album he's working on. And the switch of genres and being successful in his rock even though he loves hip hop. It be great. LOVE MGK!!
Is it actually early morning when they shoot, or is it pre-recorded? bc, some do get drunk lol no judgement just crazy to start your day drinking... like pretty Rickey got lit well slick em🤣🤣🤣🤣
did charlamagne say people act like they can say whatever they want nowadays because of social media & act like people are not even human??? 😂 the hypocrisy
BUt even if you are a fan of Em like i am, that diss was pretty trash with no punches thrown. Lloyd Banks - Officer Down(rick ross diss) Still the best Diss ever!!!
The beard line is relevant, the man bun line is years late. Reference or not, people thought Em's beard was weird so much it became a trending topic before the beef.
Hahaha I haven't watched the video but just because the "beard is weird" is referencing Eminem's Business song that makes it justifiable? and Eminem referencing his man bun is not acceptable?
I never heard of MGK before Rap Devil. I thought it was good. He won't admit it, but Eminem did boost his career. Can't deny it. But MGKs music with Travis barker is sick. He got better
Nah he hot before that eminem beef , you heard him million sold and a record label giving him $$$ its just STAN movement is so strong worldwide so we actually think em made this man but he actually didn’t
@@bukoskrilla stop blowing smoke up this kid’s ass.’literally nobody ever heard of mgk maybe cept two damn songs that’s it. He rode Em’s dick for clout his own rap career couldn’t do it for him.
@@miraonthewall5284 it literally takes 2 minutes to use google and not make yourself look like an idiot and literally prove his point. I’m a stan and with est. but saying that no one has heard of him before rap devil is brain dead. Check out these facts that took 2 minutes to find. Till I die went plat Wild boy went double plat At my best went plat Bad things went 6x plat and 3x gold A little more went gold Home went 4x plat And silver And all these records came out several years before em. Em is great. I love Em, he’s in my top 10 forsure. But kill shot was petty when rap devil was heavy. Mgk said the difference between them is he got all his shit without Dre producing him. And em said I had to give you a career to destroy it. Called him a mumble rapper, and dissed his hair. Take the L🤷♂️
MKpwn beards are less attractive on young men but more attractive on old men. In surveys. Young man calling old man's beard weird. Pretty sure MGK is not the target audience.
@@user-os8sq3uh4n I don't get your point. I'm criticising his hypocrisy for bringing up the man bun diss which was clearly a response to his weak "bierd is wierd" intro line.
MGK: Mocks Eminem for stuttering. Also MGK: Proceeds to stutter during the entire interview. (I like MGK. My favorite of his songs are “Lately”, “Til I Die”, “Invincible”, “Wild Boy”, and more I can’t think of rn. I do think he was wrong for starting the beef, but he’s real dope. I just stated that it’s funny to me how he mocked someone for stuttering during an interview that he himself stuttered in same interview.
Old heads call every new rapper a mumble rapper. Even if they’re not, just because they’re in the rap game right now they’re automatically mumble rappers lmao
well maybe diddy was going to call him for that reason and he didn't answer his phone and made himself look like an arrogant drug addict, an irresponsible father and someone who has an unrealistic view on his own rapping skills haha
that's what I loooved about the whole thing! how they were saying so much bullshit with so much conviction but everybody (litterally everybody) knows what's up and nobody believes anything they're saying! yet, they are hyping mgk up! soooo good! it's like a sketch comedy!! ^^ mgk keeps on comparing what he's doing to what Em is doing and he believes (with his whole little boy's heart) that it is a good comparison! sooo good! Eminem got an empire business to run man, he doesn't need to do interviews to get his shit out, he doesn't have to do anything, at all. he can post a tweet and get his album #1. and that's just it. and the way he talked about killshot, I was cry laughing! duuuuude is saaaaalty! Em tried to get under his skin by calling him a mumble rapper and by comparing their careers and Em succeeded 150%, the guy is so butthurt by it. I can imagine him talking to his friends "I'm not a mumble rapper! I sold 20 millions albums! I know how to rap!" It's just funny! In the meantime, Eminem doesn't think back about any line from Rap devil. honestly, good piece of comedy!
AND still goes to clubs, along with his bodyguards:)))) „Paying xx dollars a year, for security?“. Man, this guy is such a biatch. I will not even bother with him anymore, nor click videos from him whatsoever.
Mgk says Em won’t get out and do a real interview cuz Sway is on Em’s side and here he is doing an interview on the breakfast club on Revolt which belongs to puff
Yep. As a fan of both that’s the reason why even through all that excitment that came with this beef (and that I’ve felt as well) I’m actually kinda sad about it.
there's tons of examples of "could have been a good mentor" like this one. the only thing special about this case is both rappers are White, so i'm not any more sad about this one than the many other Black versions of this scenario that came before it... but you're right it's sad.
I see ya , im there too , your new stuff says there's no happy endings in this....i feel that but i hope, with what little i have left that you and myself find whatever it is we're looking for and ourselves. Luv to you always MGK Thank you for always being you, being raw and transparent in every area, every new chapter.
@@rebirth26 nope is was a 50 beef em jumped in when he mention haillie. Do. Your homework em didn't need no help he was thrown in it. 50 startin it but. Em finish it with haillies revenge and bully
yeah, but he’s definitely not an addict. he’s got his shit under control and I can respect that, it was Eminem who became a full blown junkie and wouldn’t stop for the sake of his family and daughter.
yeah, but he’s definitely not an addict. he’s got his shit under control and I can respect that, it was Eminem who became a full blown junkie and wouldn’t stop for the sake of his family and daughter.
Mariah Logan very true, however he’s far from an addict. taking drugs at parties isn’t addiction, it’s called living life whilst you can and are still young. Can’t do that when you’re 40 and your heart isn’t what it is today. better to have fun now than later when your health is on the line. I’m sure you’ll realise everyone does drugs at parties when you’re older and see it first hand :) your parents weren’t addicts when they experimented at a party, so don’t claim a celebrity is. Celebrity’s are normal people. Don’t act like they aint
@@brandontaylor1407 didn't make the line any less corny. How much research did you have to do to stretch it and make it look like MGK us actually that smart.
@@DALykes Have to be honest and say I never thought of it like that buuut I also don't think MGK did either I think that 'your fucking beard is weird' is literally the level this dude is working on, no mention of moving to the mountains or any throwback to business
Irish Bandit i think so, he idolized Eminem growing up so I think he could be referring to that but we have different views on it. I thought Rap Devil was good tho for what it's worth cause that's probably the best anyone could do dissin Eminem lol
@@DALykes I'm with ya bro and tbh I thought MGK could have even came with better cos the dude has dropped some good shit before and being a lifelong Em fan I thought he was gonna hit him on all sorts of levels, I'm an Em fan through and through but who doesn't want to see dudes like this going at it
I just stumbled upon this interview (thank you YT) and I was pleasantly surprised to see how much interest and care they showed for MGK’s wellbeing. I can’t begin to imagine how difficult it must be to try and live life under the limelight but in the long run, addiction always destroys everything around you, including yourself. I can only hope that MGK keeps surrounding himself with people that care for him and support him, because it’s rare to find artists that are brave enough to dive into such different genres and excel in both of them!
Christine Ann ikr also does about the man bun line and doing an interview with sway yet he said your beard is weird and does an interview under diddy the dude is a joke always contradicted himself
"you took 2 weeks, I took 2 days" - MGK "I recorded it friday, the same day it got released" - MGK "I recorded Rap Devil in 4 hours" Which one is it dude
Well he recorded it, then it had to be mixed and mastered, and then they shot a music video afterwards. That could take two days. And he couldn't have written it before Em's album released, because he has a line about his surprise album.
Eminem knew about Hillary Duff, as she was a *TEEN IDOL,* but she was 16 too, and even admitted she was underage. "Foolish Pride," is something everyone overlooked too because talent over facts, right?
After talking shit about Eminems stutter, Charlemagne asked if he's over with it, and he stuttered, "I, I'm, I,ve been, over it, I'm over it, it's done"
“Are you ready for smoke from Bizzare tho?” Charlemagne saying that with a str8 face and MGK’s look took me out 😂😂😂 Idk how I miss this interview years ago. Good job 👏🏾 Hope he can find help with that addiction tho, everyone that suffers from it 😢
To clear the confusion MGK has sold 20 million singles not 20 million albums. He's sold a little more than 1 million albums in his entire career. And most of his single sales were features
Minka Gaston He honestly seemed like he had been snorting cocaine heavily before the interview because of How sharp his responses were to everything and just the general braggadocio behavior that went along with it but at the same time he is an actual person that seems honestly like an okay guy who has the unfortunate pleasure of being a white rapper.
I love MGK and I know this was years ago but my guy is fuckin hurtin’ he going through a lot of shit. I’m not a fan of the pop/rock but whatever makes him happy.
And for anyone else that still doesn’t understand what that means. It means Em is just going down to MGK’s level just to beat him at his own game. Because we all know MGK can’t battle Em at his level.
Funny how all the people that like mgk not talking about the shit EP he dropped he say he not a mumble rapper but releases EP full of mumble rap and autotune with simple words with no substance and talks about how it's cool to do drugs lmao GTFOH MGK needs to hold these 2 Ls
Lol.. MGK forgot that Charlemagne said he was whack on the DMX interview.😂😂😂😂 and now because Charlemagne got diss by em all of a sudden MGK is in his top 5..Lol
