I’ve been binging setup videos lately as I redo my own room, the production value on this one, the paint, the plants, the black metal with wood accents is all so cozy and amazing. Awesome work!
I have watched many office setup videos and it was getting boring, as the only things that kept on changing in those videos were the specs of the setup and not the office space itself. Your office setup's positioning of table, monitors and the flow of natural light is so unique, I can't express enough - I am so impressed. 🤩
Dope desk transformation, Michael! I love the monitor, new walnut desk, cable management, peg board charging station and shelving unit. Great job! I can't wait to transform my own space. Keep creating!
a great video that helps us with the other side of photography: CLUTTER . I'm particularly interested in the wall charging station, and the clear plastic storage bins. That would help me immensely, but i didn't see any sources referenced. Can you provide them?
Hello, Wow, I love your Photography Room. I am impressed. Awesome. I applause for you. Congratulations. I love Everything like that. Wow. 🥂🥂🍾🍾🍾👍👊❤️. Excellent. You did a Great Job. It is amazing. Your Dreams came true. You made it. You did. You earned it. 👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🌈🌈🌈🌈😊
Love the video!! Been looking for some good containers to store my cables in and these are perfect!! Got a store close by so I can swing by and pick some up! Nice job on your setup and keep up the amazing work!
I had no idea software like that existed for cable management. The kind of software that would help me a lot right now that I'm making all kinds of changes to my setup. I just received my Protractor desk from Manhattan Home Design and really want to make it as functional as possible. Thanks for the video! Very useful and interesting.
esse vídeo é perfeito , gostei de mais da parte que você já colocou os 3 vids que te influenciou na questão dos cabos, pois estou passando por isso (organização de fios) ´ótimo vídeo! obrigao!! - thabsk for the vid man, really helps me ! ♥
Love this! So much inspiration here. I can't wait for the day that I have a workspace as beautiful as yours. Serious Question: What lens are you using on the body when you record videos? Random Question: Can you do a video on the brands of clothing you wear? Your shirts always look sharp. Haha. Thanks Michael!
Hey Shaun! Its usually a 16-35mm 2.8 at around 28mm or a 35mm 1.4 at about f/2. For clothes its a lot of John Varvatos, some ATM, some Velvet, lots of good spots
Hi Michael. Great vid, had the same issues with the Razor pad from your last video. I think you should check out the Streamdeck version. It can do the same functionality as your Moonlander, but has multiple pages to tab through to program other apps and customizable button function/button cap. Its been a great tool since that last video you made with the Razor pad.
What is the color the paint used in your background on the wall and door? It's a beautiful color. Please let me know the brand and paint color. Thanks!
Dude! Great set up. It's such a refreshing feeling to get a new setup that has everything you need. I almost feel excited to work in that space lol. Question? Do you use that gimbal? I had that model and couldn't get it to work properly with the Sony A7riii. Man the new ronin gimbals are a thousand times better and easier to set up and balance than that older sc.
Glad its inspiring! Yea, the gimbal has been fine. I only use it for these RU-vid videos, but it does the trick. I'm sure the newer ones are better but I haven't been disappointed enough to upgrade.
@@MichaelSasser I bought a new one because that gimbal wouldn't balance properly with the weight of the a7riii and a wide angle sigma lens. I was surprised by how easy the new models balance. And the quick release set up. Those two things right there made my day. Other than that they both function well and do the trick.
Great setup. How do you like working in the corner of the desk as opposed to having the keyboard/mouse on either side of the desk? I was thinking of doing the same thing but it seems like it would be awkward sitting or standing with the right angle directly in front of you.
it actually may serve as a really really good armrest. think of it as the desk hugging you as it slightly wraps around you. it feels secure. In my opinion, it just may not be the best use of space since with L desks i always think you could 2 desktops instead of 1. But in his situation, he only needs 1 setup and 1 monitor so he can use the space (i have an L desk at work, currently use both sides not the corner.)
I really like it personally, I feel like I have more space. But to each their own. I think most people don't have as much space as I have to make the L desk work.
Does the fan noise from your Thunderbay annoy you? I noticed at 5:15 that it has the crappy Sunon fan, you can easily change it out with screwdrivers to something higher quality. I'm using Noctua NF-A9 FLX fan with their NA-SRC10 voltage resistor cable to lower the constant, max fan speed. Where did you get the clear drawers and labels at 11:45? Loving the super organization.
Yea, I have it for my camera, most everything else can be charged USB like the gimbal, 360 cam. Some people have it to where you can pop off the chargers, but that means you can't have the cable organizer as good as I have it.
I don't focus on it too much. Lightroom has a grey background. Maybe if I were coloring for Versace or something. But for my clients, I feel like a shade one direction or another doesn't make or break the final images.
Hi, Michael, Great video, as always. Did I miss the link to the video that inspired your charging station? Maybe it's one of the three inspiration links you did provide, but it's not obvious from the title. Thanks.
I decided on these! amzn.to/3R8anAK Plus a sub, I've been happy with them. I wish they were a tiny more treble-y but they are the best I've found for the size.
If u are charging MacBook with external dock, your battery can loose capacity and health earlier. I did this mistake and now, I have 89% health, after 14 months.
