Young people in mainland China have been facing multiple challenges such as a continuous decline in the Chinese economy, high unemployment rates, and intense social competition. These issues have led to a phenomenon known as "lying flat" among young people. Last year, the term "Four Nos" was widely circulated in society, referring to young individuals who do not seek the four things: romantic relationships, marriage, homeownership, or parenthood. This year, this trend has evolved into "Ten Nos." The emergence of this new wave of "lying flat" has sparked widespread discussions.
