Desperate Housewives 5x19: "Cheer Up" Moment 

It's still a shame Edie was killed off. This still is an impressive moment.

I hate the producer for deciding to make Edie die.

This is the only show I religiously binged for weeks. I don’t watch much tv or movies but this had me HOOKED.

This entire episode broke me to pieces.

It’s interwsting to me that people rally only started to appreciate Edie in this episode, once she’d died. Because we saw her being strong, honest beautiful and a good friend: but I always knew that about Edie. She just had her bits and pieces

@rodo419 I absolutely agree with you. Edie was probably the most well-adjusted, sane and logical character on the show and honestly, when you compare what shady things she's done to what her neighbors have gotten away with, Edie was practically a saint. She was my favorite of all of the housewives.

Edie was probably one of the THE best characters of the show. It's sad how they killed her off. She was really nice.

I just can’t with Lynette!!!! Her acting is 100% spot on and I end up in tears every time.
