@@Irishgui83 their relationship with their kids is half the content lmao. So I don't think so. And if they do it I want a sequel people need to stop with the reboots lol.
Love this show so much but I HATE that they killed Mike off! I almost think Marc Cherry was mad at all men towards the end and he took it out on his male characters.
Oddly Even I just got done watching the final season for the 3rd(?) time and Mike's death still really stings. In fact, I think it upset me more this time then it ever had before. And btw, why the hell wasn't an investigation conducted on Mike's murder?! I know the show had a ton of plot lines going on already but that was kind of a glaring issue. Obviously we know who did it but I wanted to see that mob bastard fry!
Blerk Snarfgut, I agree. It needed more than just a brief mention in passing that those guys were arrested. And I was trying to rewatch the show again because I loved it so much but as it got to the final season...I had to stop because I knew what was coming. I will forever be disappointed in this show for killing Mike.
I cant tell you how many times desperate housewives has taken me out of my worst anxious and depressed moments by just completely sucking me in and providing that escapism. it always makes me feel like everything is going to be okay. I remember the first two years when it came out and it was a SENSATION, I was 11-12 years old and I remember thinking I wanted to look and be like Gaby when I was older 😆 This show will always remind me of my childhood
I know there was BTS drama with Nicolette, but I'm still bitter Edie wasn't in the finale with the rest of the characters who died throughout the show :(
This show helped me go through the hardest (so far) time of my life. I can't belive it's over. I was watching it since the beginning till the end. I cried like a little girl on the sezon finale. God I miss Wisteria Lane.
Michi K That's funny cause I too binge watched it while recovering for a month from a really extensive surgery... It sucks that it's no longer on Netflix! I also hate how they took NipTuck off Netflix!
watching this show was like being in another world ....this show got me,i gotta tell I'm not an emotional person but there were a few times where I cried because this show is just sooooo good
I have been watching this from season 1 and season finale I cried like a baby I keep coming back and watching this because I just can't believe it's ended
Thank you to Eva Longoria, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman and Marcia Cross and the other actors and Marc Cherry who taught us that even if life isn't always easy, through ups and downs there is somehow solutions and we have friends and family whom we can rely on. This is what I learn for eight years ❤
I'm glad this guy was smart enough to end it when the time came. It's what makes this show awesome. You can watch it over and over again. Well done DH family!
I will always love DH, because since the beginning i loved the show, during the eight years i was with my partner we lived in three different houses, He gifted me all the seasons, because he knew how much i love the show, we traveled a lot together and suddenly the relationship ended in 2012. Two things that i loved, ended in 2012. What an era was for me!
Bryan Kevin Samarasingha It was so sad, and i got nostalgic, and you`re right life as it is!, thankfully everything`s much better now, and buying all the rest of the season`s by myself, a good purchase!
I wouldn't go a day without watching desperate housewives, it's given a lot to learn and alot to appreciate life. There were times when sorrow, happiness and bittersweet moments dwells but that's life and life goes on.. Thank you.
Marc Cherry came and gave us one of, or if not, the best tv show of all time. Possibly in the Top 5. Desperate Housewives was something magical on it's own. 💓
this is the show of my LIFE.. it inspires me everyday .. i watched it while i am DESPERATE in my real life but it changed the way i looked to my life experience.. this show helped me defining my life
To me still the best show ever! Literally just finished watching this show for the second time. It helps me a lot dealing with my broken heart over losing my dad just 2 months ago..
Tonight I finished the last episode . First time watching was 10 years ago . Now I came here for behind the scenes ! I feel like a part of me has left with Wisteria Lane 😢 best show in existence . ❤
You can tell Marc Cherry loved them all equally but also accepted the fact that the rest of the girls did not get along with Teri Hatcher. That's why they arranged the final shooting days like that. I don't remember if Teri's character Susan was supposed to be in that final scene at Lynnete's table, but if she was, that is VERY telling. They probably shot her part before. Also explains why she wasn't on the goodbye card from the actresses to the crew.
It is a mystery for me. Teri seems nicest girl in the world. I know Teri made friends with Kathryn Joosten, Vanessa, Brenda, James and Andrea. With the last one she stays in touch for sure (Instagram). But what happened between her and Marcia/Felicity? Because I don't believe there's no issue with Eva.
There must’ve been some bad blood since the beginning... I just can’t believe it never got solved. It’s baffling actually because Teri seems like SUCH a lovely person!
and it was never really explained. in all of the interviews that I've read (even in teri's autobiography), everything was kept hush hush. i wonder if it's just because they don't get along, or there's ongoing drama between them.
That's so depressing. I took my nephew to a Christmas event years ago when Desperate Housewives was at its peak and Teri was the one who came out to read the kids a Christmas story and she was the sweetest lady ever. It's sad whatever happened during the course of the show's run that turned her so cold
Just completed the show. Never felt more attached to one like I am feeling to Desperate Housewives. Fell in love with every single housewife, every single flaw of theirs appears to me as an epithet of theirs. I’ll never find a show like this one and that truly saddens me but it was nice while it lasted.
I love this show so much it's a classic masterpiece. Every episode is not boring. Always has a surprise that you cannot wait for the next episode. Damn 2020 wisteria lane pls come back
Just went through wisteria lane last week. I wish I could’ve seen it when it wasn’t so different. I was still in awe and was surprised how much smaller it looks in person. Love this show.
This was a show that brought me so much joy, companionship, relatable life experiences and sadness. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched every episode over and over again! It was so hard to say goodbye.... YOU ALL WERE MY GIRLFRIENDS!😉💕 Thank you for such an awesome show. God bless you all!
Crying so hard right now because i just LOVE this big family. Everyone of it and i'm so sad, that it's over. But everything has got an end and i just want to say THANK YOU to Marc Cherry for this 8 amazing years. You did something great.
This will always be one of my favorite shows ever! I loved every character, I believed wholeheartedly every character, they all fit together like a perfect puzzle....beautiful job all of you!!! I’m only sorry it had to end 😢. BUT don’t worry, I’m certain I almost certainly keep your checks coming as I continue to watch in its entirety, many times....and it’s still as wonderful as the first time - thank you all! ❤️
This is the best TV show i could've ever imagine! I have been wathcing it since i was in 1st grade, and now i am 11th,so i grew up with this show, and i wil never ever forget it,best of the best! Watching almost every episode you can find something meaningful and touchable. Desperate Housewives made 8 years of my life bright and fun! At the end of the show i cried my tears out,but this show will always live in our hearts! P.S sorry for my English..
Teri wasn't there when they wrapped. She finished her scenes 2 days before since Susan wasn't present at Renee's wedding because Julie gave birth at the hospital.
This show was amazing and I am still addicted and have started watching from the beginning as I was to young to watch it then. It's just the best program ever made :)
2022 now but still the best show I can only think of !!❤ I was really sad when the show was done 😢 the worse as moment in my life I go thru watching this show… I really appreciate everyone who made the fantastic show !!! My husband bought me a CD full season of show ❤ and I still have it ❤
You always hear about the drama with Terri Hatcher and the other ladies. But to see that final scene where everyone is together after the shoot and Terri Hatcher is not there… Wow so that's pretty Bad so there must have been pretty serious drama for her to not be at the end there when everyone is saying goodbye to each other
Tomasz Major There was drama with Terri during a photoshoot for the first season of DH. I also heard Terri wasn’t friendly towards the other girls and acted like she was better than them.
I can't watch this without crying. Such a huge fan of the show, so very sad to see it end, but understand it can't go on forever. The whole team of cast & crew seems to be an amazing family team... I wish I could be a part of something like that.
I just finished watching this series for the THIRD time in my life! I'm so lucky that the first time through-- I watched it in Real Time. What an amazing experience to have watched it weekly and to have followed all the drama, love, laughs and tears. My second time was last year, while studying for an exam... And I felt like I needed it again in 2019. !! I think I may make watching Desperate Housewives an annual thing! It always warms my heart and soul. !!
I would do anything to bring back this show and be on it it's so amazing! This show made me think that the show was real not a script... I'm speechless.... :(
Thanks for this video! It's amazing to watch it! Today I watched the last episode of Desperate Housewives and it is so warming to see this vid about how the show was ending from the behind the scenes. You guys did an amazing job! I am so warmed inside watching this and smiling )))))
What a coincidence! They had their last day of filming one day b4 my birthday and I chanced upon this clip on youtube one day after - all 3 events happened on different years of cos! Thank you for those 8 years. This was the one show that I followed every episode every season. I remembered going jobless in late 2004 and this show came on. I never knew a TV series about surburbia could be so addictive and this show filled many of those lonely desperate job-hunting hours while I waited for the phone to ring. 28 Apr '18
Loved and miss this show! Genuinely enjoyed all the characters and storylines, but Gaby and Carlos were my favorites. Loved those Eva/Ricardo embraces at 11:30 and 11:50 :)))
I have repeated this series 6 times! And every time I do it again I love her more !!! The best one of all times! I have cried so much with this video! Is a new world! every timeee! Congratulations!
OMG!! this video is so beautiful really touched my heart and my entire soul, this series is the best part of my childhood, I grow up with every season, my mom don't let me see this cause she thought that I was so little for see this show but I say mommy I don't care, I love this show even if I couldn't understand everything 😂😂😂 awwm I'm in the 2017 and yet I'm still see this series every summer it's a tradition for me and I found this video I never watched this I can't believe this it's so emotional 😭 I really love desperate housewives with my entire heart ❤️ I can't believe that this series have an ending 😢 but I keep my memories and every character in my heart forever, thank you Mark Cherry for give us a wonderful and spectacular show! God bless you
I just love this show so much !!! I watched it when it aired and rewatched it a thousand times -> I am now watching with my mum for the fist time (when I started it with my mum it had been a while since I watched it) and the more we go into the show the more I see the end coming and it just makes me sad ! Truly one of the best show ever made in US history of TV Shows
Yes watch it on amazon prime. I swear those women got me through lockdown. I laughed, cried and was totally hooked. Will never be another show like it. Feel so very sad it’s over
The first time i watched this series i was like 15 or 16 years old. I didn't really like it. Looking back at that time i don't understand what i was thinking. I started to Watch the series again like two weeks ago, and i fell for it after the first episode. I don't get how i could Think that it was boring in any way!! Just watched the last episode and then watching this, i'm still Crying, it's an Amazing how, about the value of family and friendship, it couldn't have been any better, big ups for the show, now and forever a fan!
I just finished watching the entire series from start to finish in the last 7 weeks of the pandemic quarantine (for the first time all the way through - have seen episodes here and there when it was airing). I absolutely love this show and have turned into a broken record telling everyone I know to watch it but it is SO good. There’s been days where I’ve felt so alone and depressed during this time but have found solace in this crazy lane- I have laughed out loud and cried at this show. I wish it didn’t have to end. I also wish there were forums or groups just to discuss this show since no one I know is as invested in this as me lol
You made an amazing series and this women here in the UK a very happy addicted desperate housewives fan thank you for the laughs tears and seeing myself in each n everyone of these ladies .
I feel like i wanted to hug them all! :')) they really taught me a lot! Desperate Housewives is one hell of a thing that.. Omg! What can i say? I loved them all like they were truly part of my family! Wisteria Lane was one true lovely lane.. All the mysteries and stuff!
