I'm still watching and still entertained. I really liked the T500 rebuild because I have a few of them too. Just rebuilt the forks on my 71' Candy Lavender edition and sat down to rewatch your videos before I took anything apart. Thanks and keep it going.

Benny, the reason I watch your channel is because it is different and not like everyone else. You don't pander to viewers and I for one really appreciate that. I have a 66 520 and a 70 521 waiting for me to retire to work on them. Please keep doing what your doing and film content that makes you happy. At the end of the the day, that is the only metric that really matters....

I started with you years ago when you and I were doing a Honda cb350. Your personality and knowledge keeps me coming back. I share you on Facebook regularly as someone to watch for excellent diy on a lot of stuff. Ie motorcycles, boats, cars, trucks etc Stay with it Benny. Once every couple weeks for an hour would be wonderful

Keep going! I agree 100% on the way I do my channel. No music, it is so annoying. My 70 521 project is hard on me. Still working on it daily. I get very few views also on my weekly videos. You do very nice work and are helping others. I hate the TV show style builds where everything is brand new and just thrown together in minutes and done. They don't show the difficult stuff like rebuilding parts!

I keep coming back to your channel because you are relatable. I think a Honda Z50 got me to your channel but I’m interested in what you’re doing. The Datsun is a great project. Unfortunately with a restoration it’s about 1000 jobs and you can’t let that get you down. Focus on the job in front of you. Have you thought about doing small or short videos? There is Soup Classic is a guy who puts out next level videos but even he changed how he does it. Do shorter and more frequent. I’ve seen RRC have his ups and downs too. He’s been fighting the algorithm too. Don’t feel bad asking the fans to like and subscribe or comment. There are different ways to get people in the comments such as what countries are you watching from? what do you think will happen when I do this? Post your ideas in the comments! Try to take those ideas and run with it. We are rooting for you. Like I said. You are relatable. I buy stuff and fix it up. That’s how I was raised. That’s what’s cool about your channel. You have a good sense of humour as well. Keep on trucking! That’s a Datsun joke.

RU-vid does not prioritize long form videos which are not over the top or about drama. It's an uphill battle in which you may not see the return on your investment (time). I think your videos are lit/shot beautifully, sound is awesome and I know that takes works. Keep em coming lol

Hey Benny. I’ve searched you tube videos for insights on things I wanted to do over the years (Ranger frame swap in your case), but I’ve never been motivated to follow a RU-vid channel until yours. Another commenter pointed out that you should do some shorter videos, he’s right. Lots of folks with old F150’s and even older trucks in general have no clue that they need to ream the bronze silicate bushings to match the kingpin. If you’d videoed that, many folks who’d had the same experience would have gotten to figure it out with you in your self deprecating humor. But we can also tell that you ain’t no dummy, just bolder and brasher that most of us. 😆 lots of us searching for specific fixes to specific problems. Your upholstery videos were amazing! Hell I even watched you hotrod the moped. I don’t give a shit about mopeds. 😆

I’ve been watching since the Z900 motorcycle uploads. I enjoy the car content most. Keep it up. You should lump all the content together like NNKH does. Trick the algorithm. Work on the car, do some updates. Play with the dog, upholstery or whatever in one video.

I'm so surprised the upholstery vids didn't do so well!! Anyhow, I thought you did some real impressive work and can personally say I enjoyed the vids! Keep motivated! Close your eyes and see yourself driving the end product and feeling real good! I recommend you try and collaborate with another Youtuvber who may be able to introduce you to a few more subscribers ;) Do you or your friends sing or play music? If so, you couold possibly make your own music!

We might be a small crowd right now that watches you, but keep at it we love your vids and you show many details that others don't, your vids are invaluable and hopefully people will start to see that. Just an idea but maybe if you do these vids in a bikini, and change your name to Kentucky Yankee Kardashian.

Sir!! I have a '77 620 King Cab in my garage and I'm doing a ground up restoration as well. I've completely disassembled the front suspension and I've been media blasting + powder coating all the components an oiled bronze color - until today! I have a kingpin rebuild kit sitting on the desk next to my keyboard and you just said you had to ream the bushings AFTER they were installed? I don't have a good reaming tool! Can you speak to this process a little more? This is the first kingpin-equipped vehicle I've worked on!

I've seen some real boring and rubbish videos in the past, but yours definitely ain't one of them, must say i do prefer the more mechanical stuff you do, but I watch it all! Just like the attitude as you work along, 👍.

You have to appeal to a demographic that is interested in what they want. How many people are really interested in rebuilding an old Datsun pickup truck? I was subscribed mostly for the motorcycle portions but then you drifted to things that I wasn't interested in so I unsubscribed. I also have a RU-vid channel that is moving very slow but I'm not in it for money. I'm just trying to let everyone know about resistance training and to live happier in their 70's and 80's. I have had several that has told me that I am an inspiration. That is good enough for me.
