For fashion I think that season 12 armor will give a more tribalistic feal as well. For the cloak, you can also go with that common hood that's a bit torn and doesn't have a cape as well. Now that the important stuff is out of the way, I think this is great! As a Hunter main myself I play strand super aggressively and this looks like its the right mix of aggressive with some survivability with the bow and the shields. Mind I suggest dipping into Woven mail fragment for even more survivability? Great build regardless!
