An interesting observation. This returns me to how I perceived the end of the flower game, this reminds me how important she could be there. For the way I see it, it will be us, the Gardener, the Winnower, and Nezarec. If the Gardener fails, the Winnower will see to it that weak life die to uplift the strong. The Winnower fails, the Gardener will overgrow the Garden with the life that will never die, crowding up the spaces with unruly chaos. And if the two of them fail, Nezarec lays claim to the Garden, as the weed that choked it out, and set it aflame. Savathun might be attempting to become the fifth power alongside us, to break the game and find a new solution where her choice is hers, not to be relegated to either the Gardener, or the Winnower. And in that same effort, she could help us to take down Nezarec before he can turn the universe into the literal, endless hell. Though I think her role with Nezarec will be more in the background (Because I believe WE have to be the ones to take him out), with the Gardener and the Winnower, she may be an absolute necessity.
Any one else notice the blooming deep is full of hive eggs and it's being watched over/protected by luzaku, maybe that's savathuns plan a whole army of transcendent lucent light bearers
While it's not a concrete answer, anyone who paid a bit of attention to the lightfall story knows tha5 the veil is the darkness side of the coin that the traveler represents the light for. Because we know the traveler is an avatar of the gardener, the veil is almost garunteed to be an avatar if the winnower
My only problem that I don't think really takes from Final Shape, becuase its easily missed if you don't pay attention. But I don't like the Witness is like "Actually I have a boss" Although, I'm excited to see what might be off the Winnower. Especially since Savathun is like literally saying "See you next game"
Man I sure hope you DON'T get pestered into an indefinite hiatus over that description, would be such a shame to bury more lifelong friends I JUST met.
