all but one of the the recurring characters in my videos have come from LFG over the course of about 4 years. people knew people and we had basically all played with each other separately at one point. it just happened to be that we realized one day like 3 years ago we had all met each other before while playing after one person invited someone and everyone else went "oh i know them too" and it snowballed from there. so we made a group and a discord server and have played with each other since. it takes time but these are some of my favorite people i know. im very fortunate to have them. wouldn't trade it for the world.
@@bigrumdog we were all console players on ps4 during covid which is how we all met because we were always on. it just so happened to be that we're all about the same age and enjoy each others company. LFG these days is very different, especially the discord lfg, but even then we just recently made a new friend and added them to the group so it's not impossible. most LFGs are just braindead but when you find a gem like i have a handful of times, hold onto them. :)
