There is/was a 1 gauge. It's called a punt gun. It's a muzzle-loaded shotgun that's too big to be shoulder-fired and was instead mounted onto a flat-bottom rowboat (a "punt") and used for large-scale waterfowl hunting.

Slight correction. The 3/5 compromise wasn’t a Jim Crow voting policy but a policy made during the formation of the House of Representatives. Slave owning states wanted to have slaves count as part of their total population to increase their representation in the House, but the other states felt this was unfair since it gave an unfair advantage. The compromise was that 3 people would be counted for every 5 slaves.

Like, I fired a 45 magnum, long barrel and short barrel, when I was 10, that thing’s recoil was still controllable when holding it right. Yet in so many games I have seen it in, apparently a full grown trained military personnel can’t seem to handle the recoil.

Yes GE makes the GAU-8 by the engineering standpoint of the A-10s armamanet, and Fairchild Republic makes the actual A-10 aircraft AROUND the GAU-8. Lockheed gets the credit because THEY pay for both to deploy to the military. But yea, a company that makes spinning appliances fkr yoir home also makes a spinning weapon designed to bust the strongest tanks on Earth. Recently upgraded I think too

@@jordanhunter3375 gauges are just shotgun calibers and I had to look it up but apparently it's because of the number of shot that could be cast from lead per pound. So the bigger the mold, the less could be cast and the smaller the number.

So what gauge is the original boomstick retroactively said to shoot? Im pretty sure the higher potential gauges we've concocted has gone way up with technological refinement over the centuries, so im expecting a lower gauge at least. But im pretty sure the original "shotgun" category gun has to have some equivalent to today's standards. To clarify, X Gauge means they have X many pellets per shot, no? So 12 has 12 small ones, 4 has only 4 that are much larger, etc.

The 3/5ths was not during Jim Crowe, it was before that, from 1787, and it was about population measuring for number of representatives. A slave counted for 3/5ths of a person for determining the number of representatives. This gave the south more representatives than the number of people there would have normally given them.

In case anyone is wondering, yes, the 3/5ths Compromise and the Jim Crow laws do get taught in history classes in some schools. I learned about them continuously in middle school and high school and even in college as well (also, the slaves never actually got to vote during slavery, their votes automatically went to their owner who then used it to vote for representatives in Congress and the Senate who were in favor of slavery - this was because the South wanted to keep their power so slavery would be in place, which required more Congressman in the House of Representatives. The number of representatives you got correlated with the number of people in the state, and the slave population made up a large portion of who lived in the South, so the owners argued that slaves were should be counted as part of the population and whose votes they should have while also still being legally considered “property” at the same time. Since the North didn’t want to cause a Civil War, they compromised and said that slaves could count as 3/5ths of a person while not being able to vote. Pretty messed up.). But American school education is incredibly non-standardized when it comes to what to learn (no thanks to the Daughters of the Confederate or whatever they call themselves), so what students learn in one part of the country isn’t what students learn in another part of the country. So be careful when saying, “American schools say this or teach you that or don’t say this” because it very much depends on the location.

The revolver with the bipod, suppressor, and scope is a real thing. Not sure about suppressor specifically, but the rest it. It's a Manurhin MR72 or 73, forget which number. German special forces used them. (correction in following comment) Also the KS-23 isn't really using a defined "gauge". It's a 23mm, using cut down rejected anti aircraft cannon barrels. Since shotgun rounds are lower pressure, the barrels are good enough for that. And a fun fact about shotgun shells. .410 is not a gauge, it's .410 bore.

If i remember right 4 gauge is shot through an artillery barrel. The old shotguns were made using the barrels of scarier weapons lol. And yeah i want to shoot a 700 nitro or a 14 /21 anti-mat rifle. The gun the halo sniper was based on has a normal version that requires two people to carry and fire then a version almost 3-4 times bigger that has to be attached to either the ground or a vehicle.

Alright time for a history lesson about the A-10 Warthog Yes, General electric makes the A-10's Gatling Gun, the GAU-8 Avenger. But Fairchild Republic made the A-10 models, Fairchild Republic is no longer a company, and so the A-10 is no being made by anyone, Lockheed has never made the A-10, but they made the F-35 which was supposed to replace the A-10.
