Excellent. These scammers just won't quit. They call me all the time but use other people's phone numbers somehow. I call them back to tell them that they are terrible people but innocent people pick up the phone. What can be done about this?

India does have lot of money in government machinery but lack of improper fund management, rotting bureaucratic laws from the colonial times and a lethargic political and people who don't care anything accept putting their communities at forefront rather than working as a nation. As an American, I have to say I do enjoy different different cultures, especially Indian. The food is pretty damned good, Hot As Hell, but good nonetheless.
