did you do the tank install yourself? what tank straps were used? I have a '73 and have seen old forum posts on using the '97 blazer tanks if your planning on selling, I might also be in the market for the 44 when you upgrade (73 is closed knucle/drum brakes)

Howdy, I have a 79 quadra trac wagoneer also. Gonna do a Rusty's 6 inch lift because I'm a rookie. As a newbie, may I ask how lowering the transfer case works in relation to the transmission? The QT is not a divorced case, right? I'm very intrigued by this mod, as I am also concerned about drive line angle.
