• pastry bags disposable
(optimal size 35 cm);
• parchment;
• thin brush;
• dry spray paints (red
or pink, green);
• water-soluble dye liquid or
gel (green, brown);
• masking tape;
• planetary mixer or manual,

• 210 g sugar (1);
• 70 g sugar (2);
• 70 g room egg white

Hola. Se puede preparar sin frutas. Para una cantidad de 4 piezas de 2 mitades: Proteína fría - 1 pieza para almíbar: Azúcar - 150 gramos Agua - 80 gramos Jarabe de glucosa - 65 g Agar - 6 gramos Cocine el almíbar a 107 grados.
