Imagine having the kind of money, through no effort of your own, to just be able to buy mansions and not be even bothered financially to let them fall to ruin. Sick people.
Discarding money like it grows on trees, this owner doesn't care. If he actually worked for that money, he would've appreciated the 2 properties he abandoned. His billionaire father should teach him a lesson.
Even cleaned up, both houses are eyesores. They look cheaply built. Especially for a “mansion”. They have been deserted for so long, they’re probably not worth restoring.
California uses laws and taxes to scare businesses and people away. So billionaires are building in Texas. To keep the population up they then open the border flooding the state with millions of unvetted immigrants then demand companies pay them 20.00. California’s policies just don’t work. They should have embraced the exodus and allow people to have relief with the population decline, instead they fear loosing seats in congress.
The homeowners of both properties should be charged for the amount it costs to post security at both properties. If the properties are abandoned, then let the city or county put them up for auction with a clause for the buyer to be required to prove he has performed clean up and refurbishments or the property will be seized for another auction.
No. Who are you to come and tell a homeowner what he should do with his own property? Who is the city and county that you would give them power and control over a person's property? Do you really want to live in a country where the government can just seize your property?
Taggers are not artists, if they are destroying other peoples property without permission. Maybe if they ever earned the money to buy or build a house, they would know the difference.
This is a crisis of epic proportions! Thank God ABC news and the police department is stepping up to protect millionaires from having to see graffiti in their neighborhood.God willing, these folks will never have to suffer such an indignity again. No one deserves that.
The owners leased this beautiful hope to Missy Elliot, where they used it for filming videos. Thats when it got destroyed. Repairs became so extensive that the projects got dropped and it has become a scene of such decay, that it will need to be razed.
It looks gr8, hope it starts a trend in Beverly Hills ... Call it the "URBAN MOTIFF DECO" and all the homeowners go with it, the taggers will work for the publicity ...win win...
“We have made several attempts to reach the homeowner and have made several attempts again, but have been unsuccessful in reaching the homeowner.” *There is* NO *homeowner if it’s abandoned!* 😂
