The oval thing with folded over prongs on the back went on a removable canvas topper to a buggy or early automobile. Like a grommet but fancier. When you find a dozen or so in a small area you know the whole topper was thrown out right there@

That wierd foot pedal thing... looks like part of an adjustment handle from a farm implement. Maybe a sickle blade height adjuster or planter depth adjuster.
