I’ve unironically thought about this before It’s so clear that especially as the series went on the writers seemed to enjoy finding new ways to do the cold open in a way I honestly don’t think any other procedural series has quite matched
There’s one I constantly think about that opens on a father preparing to commit suicide and begging to talk to his kids before hearing a murder. I wonder if he changed his mind after calling the cops.
She is truly amazing actress and a beautiful classy lady too, Sarah Paulson. She was on both law and order plus SVU also. She is such a talented actress from TV and in movies too 👍👍👍👍
Grooming? He does have nice hair. They all do. You sure “grooming” not “woke grooming” “DEI grooming” “sexualization grooming” “Astro Pizza grooming”? Sure pick a side and then avoid this cycle’s word of year and use your own words.
This was Sarah Paulson’s on-screen acting debut. This was the beginning of an incredible career for her. Although she has spoken despairingly of her performance here, she is wonderful in this episode.
For real , I just love them so much , this Law and Order wasn't the same without them. I love Law and Order SVU so much also , best two partnerships in crime TV shows and Ofcourse , Criminal Minds , I watch all of the old shows all the time and now they put Liv and Elliot back together 👋👋👋👋
I guess this is a 3 part video. Yesterday I saw the part right after this, and today I come upon this one somehow. I never knew that they were breaking them down into parts. I was just getting aggravated because I felt like it never gave us a conclusion. Who knew there was more than one video. Sure would be nice if they put part 1, part 2…
It’s amusing seeing the now well-known actors doing bit parts in the old episodes. So young. Christine Baranski was in one I saw recently; same voice but looked like a college kid.
The episode came out in the 90s. Laws that were created/altered dont go into effect until the senate voted it, so you crime was consider a crime until like 06ish give or take
This isn’t Law & Order: SVU though. It’s the first series which is why it’s Briscoe and Logan who are investigating the case, not Benson and Stabler. But, yes, a lot of the greats started on the L&O franchise.
I kind of wish Sarah Paulson had appeared in Criminal Intent, Trial By Jury, Los Angeles, and Organized Crime, as well as Homicide: Life on the Street, just to have her appearing in almost everything L&O based.
