For storing food I also recommend bags out of linen. Of course this only works with solid food like fruit, vegetable and bread, but they can also go in the freezer. I'm not always sure about silicone touching my food so I really love those linen bags
Nikole, I love your content and most of this video but as a 4th year medical student I'm a little concerned about some of your statements and the evidence behind them! Re: Deodorant/antiperspirant, most research shows very little aluminum absorption when used topically, and that we'd have to absorb a ton of it to experience any toxic effects. Moreover, the "plugs" that aluminum-based products cause in the sweat ducts are only temporary. Plus, new research does not suggest any increased risk for breast cancer. Of course, more research can always be done and a natural deodorant/antiperspirant would be your safest option if you don't want any uncertainty. But please know that most people are probably safe to use conventional deodorant/antiperspirant. Keep in mind that we are exposed to many chemicals from countless other sources, including the ones we ingest (we also ingest aluminum from food) which have the potential to be more harmful than topical ones. The keyword is “most” research! I don’t trust all research because it happens over time and perhaps there’s research being done that won’t prove any of this for years to come so I’m sticking with natural.
My dentist said that it is NOT TRUE that baking soda can hurt your teeth in any way. She is it is perfectly safe to use very day. It is good for your mouth and teeth in many ways.
I've been loving thel W3LL People Bio Tint Multi-Action Moisturizer SPF 30. Actually had pretty decent coverage! And the Young Living liquid concealer is actually really good too. And their Volumizing Mascara. I also use Beauty Counter blush, eyeshadow, and bronzer and have been very impressed 👌
Hey Nikole. For mascara I recently discovered Physicians Formula organic line and it works great on my barely there lashes and it is really not expensive.
Wow! this toothpaste with charcoal looks great! I want to try this! I like to use baking soda to clean everything! It is so natural and removes a bad odor, stains and dirt very well! Thank you for sharing great non- toxic products! You are awesome!😊
Hey Nicole would you be interested in reviewing Savy minerals liquid foundation and concealer? I know it is a bit pricy but it is so good and I want to hear what you have to say about it. Thanks
I'm saving up for the Stasher bags. I love those. I use all of these swaps. I recently made a swap to organic cotton towels on Etsy as a swap for paper towels. I also swapped to Z Wraps which is an organic beeswax wrap to replace Plastic Wrap. They are wonderful. Always love your videos ❤️
I been meaning to swap out our plastic zip locks not only for environmental reasons but I’m trying to explain to my hubby how much money we will save by not buying them all the time , I just keep putting it off to buy them .
I like cleaning things with Vinegar. its Natural. And I think smells good. I have never seen cremed deo before hmmm. Interesting. I do like these type of video's. 💖 I thought of using vinegar water for washing produce. Wasn't sure on it. But I guess it works....☺️ Ty for the Tips.
Hey people if you have any hate leave. If you are trying to give feedback think b4 you speak. If you are trying to say that some of these products are harmful I am pretty sure that Nicole has made up her mind of what she wants. Please no hate our world has enough of that
Also, after pregnancy my hair was so greasy you can put baking soda in with your conditioner, it took awhile but my hair at 7 months pp is back to normal
I know this is such an old video and you might not even see this comment but if you do, can you link your outfit?? It’s sooo cute and i want to buy those overalls!!
If you add essential oils to your dryer balls, does the oil residue get on your clothes? What a great idea that I want to try! Just don't know how that works.
I have never had that issue. Normally the oils soak fully into the wool balls and leave a light scent to the clothes. Just make sure that after you put the oils on you wait a few seconds before putting the wool ball in with your clothes.
You are so great influence, but i feel with videos like this is so USA focused, a lot of this things we do not have in Europe (especially in foreign countries) Sending love and waiting for 2nd trimester 💕🤰
Do you have recommendations on non toxic hair styling tools light flat irons or heated brushes? I have read that some can be made from asbestos or firmaldehyde.
It's so funny, my favourite household chore is everything regarding laundry. Washing it, hanging it to dry, folding it. The thing I love the least is ironing. 🙄
Have you switched to more pure nail polish?:) Im currently trying to make the switch. Thank you for the mascara! I have been looking for a good brand to also switch to💚
You should try Araza Beauty (arazabeauty.com/) for your makeup. It's non-toxic, certified paleo makeup that's made with organic ingredients. It's so good for your skin.
