I played it for the first time on PC last month. Wish I hadn't seen so many playthroughs on RU-vid because I knew how to get the good ending 😆

The first time I played it was in August 2023. I still play regularly! One of my favorite games on PS4. :)

@@leah-marie5031 I'm not sure if you knew this, but have you tried brainwashing and gaslighting yourself into thinking that you've never played the game before? I know it sounds strange, but this is what I've done to enjoy games and medias I love, idk, maybe that's just me.

I'm going to look into what characters can be replaced without the game crashing on scene transitions, loading zones and the flowchart screen. If I can get the game to be stable enough, I'll absolutely attempt a full playthrough of this. For anyone that reads this reply and wants to know more specific information: The game crashes in the following events with everyone replaced with Connor: - All of the things I mentioned at the start of my reply - When big groups of characters spawn in (like the pigeons in "The Nest". Each pigeon is an extra entity for the game to handle.) - When the game tries to save after finishing a chapter or during a transition The game bugs out in the following ways if it doesn't crash: - All characters become invisible (if one Connor unloads, all of them do) - The physics start acting up and the game becomes unplayable - The player falls through the floor and softlocks the game - Button prompts spawn offscreen and the game doesn't let you perform them even if you do all of the inputs correctly - Random interactions (like looking at stuff) can softlock the game (for the same reason button prompts do) (Turns out, the final section of this comment was inaccurate and entirely related to the Connors unloading as mentioned earlier. I removed it. Animals still generally crash if too many exist though.)

@@Dr.RNG_Side_Channel3 months late but, even though idk how your model replacement works, what if instead of replacing the links to the files with a link to the connor file (spawns a bunch of the same model file), replace the contents of the different model files and keep the links themselves intact (to the game it will look like a bunch of different models, only that their content has been changed)

@@baoxuezhang3300 I'd try, but I don't want to have to modify the existing packages and risk corrupting the files to a 50+ gigabyte game. It is possible to make new packages, but that's currently outside of my current skill level.

I unironically would play through the entire game like this for more footage, but it crashes whenever you hit a loading zone or get to the flowchart screen. It also softlocks a lot due to Hank being taller than Connor, leading to stuff like button prompts not working (which I'd assume is also caused by the prompts showing up offscreen).
