Despite Connor being my favourite, I'd have still picked Markus if I ever got this outcome even first try cuz I care about the androids getting their freedom than doing the opposite i.e., stopping them.
*Choose who to control.* My brain: "You came very far to fight for the freedom of the androids, control Mark-" Me:"I choose Connor" My brain:"But...the freedom of the androids..." Me: "I SAID I CHOOSE CONNOR!"
As much as I love the "good ending" where kara gets away, markus peacefully rallies and Connor becomes deviant. It almost feels right/cannon playing the "bad end" where Connor and markus fight over the destructive path and kara goes to a camp. The Connor and markus fight has got to be one of my favourite in the whole game and the hank vs Connor part feels so surreal (only if hank doesn't die beforehand). It feels like Connor is the main antagonist and markus although kinda starting ww3, is fighting for both kara and all androids making a great fight scene. That mixed with the fact you know both characters lives and almost feel markus has a reason to be such the badass he is and stand up to evil Connor is so cool. It really feels like a fight between 2 John wicks
I would disagree to call Connor an ,,Antagonist" in this ending unless you mean he is antagonist to Markus. Because if this ending was happening in real life Connor would be the good one for fighting for humanity.
