@@aw6691 yeah I gotchu, so the owner of Detroit 75 once said that they have fish and chips individually but they will never sell an order of just fish and chips. He’s a chef that doesn’t take modifications to his menu. Then you get 3000 of these unoriginal mouth breathers asking “can I get a fish and chips” because they saw someone else post it.
@@Jackthedrought1010 The owner's reasoning is so stupid he can just add it on lol. It's not like he would go out of his way much, he already self admits that they sell the components individually. It's not because he's against modification its because he wants to make more money by selling 2 items instead of 1

I love these guys even though I never eat at them. But you can see that nice homemade good with love which is not fancy at all, but tasty. Long live good people 💪💪💪
Not sure why people think Detroit is that bad. Everywhere has its bad spots. Obviously don’t go to those. But it’s not that bad. You want a real treat, head up 75 and go to Frankenmuth. You’ll never want to leave.
Never been, but I follow the owner on RU-vid. Seems to really pride himself on giving customers food that he would be making for himself, even if he wasn’t doing it commercially. That’s a statement 👍

It was ok nothing special, I do love the match stick fries, swarma sandwich she said was hard to find. Order ahead or you'll regret that. No menu at the truck...
Good restaurants don’t offer ketchup at all, I dislike ketchup in-general, but that mam, is a whole other level of ketchup. If I ever make it to your state I’ll ck them out #75 for sure!
The more I hear about this place the more I love it and I haven't even tried it yet. But the owner respects family and they don't work weekends woooow. These stupid azz manufacturing places that make car parts need to learn this simple concept. Respect your employees and watch them produce and work for you.
That is probably one of the dirtiest restaurants you could ever eat at. It ran next to a gas station but the kitchen is inside of the gas station. And it's a filthy ass kitchen
