On top of everything we got to remember Gibbs is a slick. He doesn't take hard hits. He bounces off things He spins. He goes out of bounds or he's the one delivering the punishment. I can't remember one time where I saw Gibbs take the brunt of any hit. I love this kid

I always say the same thing! It’s one of the most impressive things that stand out to me when I watch him. Every time he finishes a run, he does some magical move at the end that avoids direct damage (to himself).

If Gibbs is smart, he doesn't want to carry the rock 25 times a game. He wants to come in and plays that a designed for him and gained first down and touchdowns and stay fresh so he has a good long career

Hes publicly said this at times last year...he said maybe 15-20 is perfect 25 30 is too much

The biggest thing holding Gibbs back is splitting time with Monty. I think Gibbs could have had 1,800+ yards last year if he didn’t have to share time.
@HakeemTheDream616
@HakeemTheDream616 Месяц назад
Easily but they're better, and the team is better with both back's
@michaelhorstman2603
@michaelhorstman2603 Месяц назад
@@HakeemTheDream616 I wouldn’t say better. I would just say it’s less wear on them splitting time lowering the risk for injury.

Is iffy getting flexed to olb on passing downs??? I just had this thought and that would open up a safety spot for branch and give us the ability to use arnold, rakestraw or robertson at nickel. Plus it would make our blitz packages crazy

Montgomery is thunder. Gibbs is lightning. Also got Jamo catching opening up the run even more!

I think Gibbs will get slightly more work than last year but I think he will have a few long (50+ yards) runs. He had several that were tantalisingly close and he just got his foot ticked. Add those yards to his normal efficiency and the yards will come.

I’m personally hoping Gibbs n bijan make all pro

I don't see how any defense is going to be able to stop Jamo out wide Gibbs and Saint Brown with LaPorta and Monty in the backfield who you going to cover So I hope they use Gibbs in the slot more often

Jameson will be the breakout player no doubt he has the most to improve here, and the most to prove.

I didn't think I'd ever say this, but I agree with Jeff the Lions starting running back is a combination of Monty with Gibbs. Our offense of coordinator Ben Johnson likes to hit him hard and heavy with a big back and then bring in jameer for all the quick stuff and it gets defenses off balance. That's our starting running back The two of them together but That's not to say Gibbs isn't a top five running back in the league

This may sound crazy, but I honestly think we need to have Campbell start at MLB over Thor... I just think as good as Alex was at Mike, he'll be more effective at OLB than Campbell was and Jack's natural position is MLB... He(Campbell)was flawless at Mike this past year
@HakeemTheDream616
@HakeemTheDream616 Месяц назад
If Campbell improves the pass coverage at MLB then it should be no question
@PaulVandercook

@HakeemTheDream616 the question would be the fact that Anzalone had a great year at MLB... But regardless I think JC takes over inside this year
@yooperrandy
@yooperrandy Месяц назад
I think St. Brown, Gibbs, Montgomery, and LaPorta each could gain over 1,000 yds, but Jamo is gonna have a huge season. He's the major breakout.
