This video looks at the Detroit Pistons and gives a preview to their off-season plans such as Alex Sarr with the #1 overall pick and all the free agents they could sign
Stan Van Gundy’s brutally honest recent comments on the Pistons roster are spot on. None of these guys outside of Cade are formidable players on a winning roster. Duren and Ivey are low tier role players. They have to start thinking about making decision to rearrange this roster very soon. There’s no leadership and blind leading the blind. They need high tier starting level vets asap.
Looking forward to all of the Pistons fan emotional breakdown videos when they don’t win the first pick in the lottery again this year. Errr…I mean, I wish them all the best.
Why would Pistons fans be upset? There's absolutely nobody in this draft to even worry about. I'll bet no Piston fan even watches the lotto as it's irrelevant...these guys are all role players. So you can obsess about something else....there's no franchise player here.
@@backyardbuckets829 I 100% agree JD doesn’t cut it that’s why him at the four would make our defense so versatile because actually can move and even defend the perimeter when he has to switch but also be a top five shot blocker. He reminds me of Chet but he’s actually 220 already
There's some good and bad about this video. Yes they should draft A.Sarr and get K. Oubre in free agency! But keeping this core together is a BIG NO FOR ME!! We have already gone threw a hurricane of a season. I definitely don't want a repeat of that MESS we just went through! We fans are not GLUTTONS FOR PUNISHMENT!! This core has gots to go for they sake and the Pistons sake. We need a trade that will net us players who fit better with our current coach and primary ball handler Cade!! Dudes who are straight up DAWGS ON DEFENSE!! We have lacked that so long. Get dudes who fit this off season is a MAJOR PRIORITY!!
@@backyardbuckets829 There is no timeline: this is still a team with a core of one (1) player, because the very worst GM in NBA history has completely and totally ruined everything.
@@backyardbuckets829 He's almost certainly right: Chet is an exception, but almost no rookie is ready to start at center for any team unless that team is tanking.
Get nuggets gm as president of basketball Miami assistant gm as our gm rondo as head coach resign Flynn and pick up fronttechio birds right trade Ivey sassor 2 seconds 2030 first for herb Jones get Jonathan Issac(slightly over pay)cappella Lonzo ball (if healthy) or Pat Bev in Free agency start Cade Herb Jones Asuar Issac Duren with lonzo (or Pat bev)Flynn fronttechio stew capella off bench
Orlando Woodridge I mean Jalen Duren can go, Cade has real trade value at least listen to offers jaden my guy can get it to. Aussar can stay he reminds me of a young Jimmy Butler.
Because Detroit needs a quality veteran talent not another 19 year which will take a lot more years too develop. Also where does Sarr fit? He not a good 3pt shooter despite flashes which limits him to playing center and Detroit has a starting center already.@@backyardbuckets829
@@Truthtella This team does not actually have a starting center unless they intend to tank again next year. If they get Sarr, they should sign a veteran starter at that position (Hartenstein or Claxton) and trade Duren, because Duren can't guard you.
If the pistons get the number 1 pick and they don’t trade tht pick in a package for a star player they probably are the dumbest organization in all of sports
