I don't know much about him, but it seems like he has some kind of connections to some of these gangs. That's the only way I can see him being able to film around these people so nonchalantly. I can't imagine most gangs would be ok with having someone random come up to them filming. He's going around all these hoods and hasn't been shot dead yet. Kristen Smith He used the oldest trick in the book. I call it the bait and switch. Surprisingly the clerk didn't catch all the indications that this guy was going to steal. The first red flag was the way the shoplifter was monitoring the clerk. He was watching him really hard and we all saw that. They then take two or more of the same item as concealment of the quantity. He then begins to pace back and forth while watching the clerk to make sure he isn't being monitored as well. That's when the thief states " I don't know if I want this shit." That is the second red flag. The thief then proceeds to watch the clerk and waits for the opportunity to conceal the desired item into his jeans. He then returns the excess items he used as concealment. He uses this as his alibi in case if the clerk was watching and decided to confront him, the shoplifter he would have stated " I didn't steal shit, I put that shit back." But then something happened. Another situation arised between the clerk and another customer. As the two were arguing the thief used this to his adavntage. The clerk then receives a barrage of threats from multiple customers and the thief as well. The thief now has the upper hand. After being threatened by multiple people the clerk wouldn't dare to confront the thief.
In Toronto there was a serious problem with youths hanging around the subway stations and causing problems. The Transit Police arranged for classical music to be played on the intercoms of the subway stations. This irritated the youths who stopped hanging around and would leave ( how many young people want to listen to piano or opera music ). The problem was solved immediately.
