My assembly went OK, but I was concerned that the deep bottom drawers glide rails attached to the side walls extended at different lengths, the left guide rail came out about 1.5" further than the right guide rail. To my surprise, the deep file folder drawer slid in fine and fit the space just fine. If that difference is how it's supposed to be, you should note that in the instructions. This is my 3rd Devaise cabinet, and all look great and function great. For this one, plan on an afternoon of careful assembly to get it put together!

My file drawer isn’t sliding in all the way. The instruction manual says to take it off and repeat step 22, but I can’t figure out how to take it off.

Did anyone get written direction included in the box? There were non in mine.

All of the balls in the ball bearings fell out whwn doaconnecting the pieces now the deep vottom drawer won't slide in correctly
