Change has quickly become a FOUR letter word in the land of Autism... not that it's ever been easy, but the constant change of all aspects of children's lives has truly rocked the world of children with Autism EVERYWHERE!
Change is something that's very difficult for almost everyone... this is a proven fact.
However, children with Autism thrive off of schedules; they require consistency and do NOT do well when these two necessities are broken.
So when schools close, open, close again, open again, and finally close... this massive unknown throws these poor children for quite a loop!
