Great Video.In 9:22, Sam mentioned that in the capacitive region the current is lagging the voltage, but it should be the current is leading the voltage.

at the capacitive, the current is leading (hard switching). At the inductive region the current is lagging (ZVS). This guy got it wrong.

in9:22 till 9:51 Sam just conflicted between ZVS and ZCS. The right is where tank current lags the impressed voltage is therefore called the "inductive region" and ZVS occurs, vice versa.

How can I design the LLC power supply with variable output DC voltage keeping the hardware same.The C voltage should vary from 60V to 350 volts.Can I do pulse skipping to reduce the voltage?

Sir, at 9:18 , you say in the capacitive region, current lags behind the voltage. and in inductive region, current leads the voltage. How is that possible? Please clarify it.

You should be able to do something by changing the switching frequency and may be try to change FETs duty cycle
