There are 10 inch subwoofers for around 200 dollars which can put out an almost similar bass range. Of course, they are much bigger than this little speaker, but the power consumption and the price of the Gold phantom is far beyond ridicolous. It's just an overprized lifestyle product to me. The only case I can imagine this being useful, is when you go outside a lot and want to have your music with you, but even then, honestly, just get a ghettoblaster or something, but even then, the solid bass response still doesn't justify the price at all.
@@HardwareFahrrad It does makes sense, and it ain't a "Lifestyle" Product wtf?. You sound like you can't afford one or even you never experienced one in real life 😂😭😭😂
@@Maxij0k3r I have experienced this speaker in real life before, and it was pretty good, but just not for the price. Also, how and where have you gotten the idea that I could never have experienced it or that I just can't afford it? Care to explain? Also, I apologize if my response to your comment is here twice. My first comment did disappear for unknown reasons.
You have a really good music taste 👍. The Phantom sounds amazing for a speakter that is this small and the Silver version isn't even that expensive. Sadly my neighbours would never let me keep such a beautiful beast.
Wow. That bass sounds incredible for such an open outdoor setting. How has your experience been with this speaker? I'm thinking of buying a pair of golds. Would you recommend?
My experience is that when you have a phantom gold, you'll get pretty dissapointed hearing another speaker at the same price point and you will get unfriendly neighbors. phantom gold is so loud, powerful and precise. With stereo you will get another dimension, allmost to powerful for some homes. The app is ok, but stilk improving. Next video comes up soon testing a stereo setup! Would i recommend? Yes.
@@d.s.11 I'm thinking of getting the Phantom Silver. Its on sale for £1200 right now. Would it be worth getting that over something like a Sonos setup with sub?
hey what is the deep sub bass like on the reactor? I want to order one but I have just seen 1 or 2 reviews where people have not been impressed by the sub bass
I’ve blasted a devialet phantom gold on Max volume at the Apple Store one time and it gets deafening loud just like a night club. Also, Devialet Phantoms sound better than PA speakers.
