My buddy in Dallas tx got caught with this system for no insurance. Went to county magistrate ended up coming out with 8 stitches and a assault for another inmate trying to take his shoes.... So it costed him more then just a no insurance ticket.
Then explain why many of your cars around the country have your license plate lights unplugged??? Only reason is that we the public cannot detect or see your plate while you are breaking the law so we cant turn you in, I think its called evading detection!!!!
