@Super Nova ... Nothing in DMC was aggrotech. Combichrist is industrial, but aggrotech sounds very different from anything in DMC's soundtrack. Not entirely sure what that has to do with my original comment though.
Imprisoned for centuries, bound to guard a tower by the demon she wanted more than anything. Seal breaks, returns to the mortal world. First step? Go out and get a bitching sound system.
That's the thing, isn't it? Almost none of the demons are as bad as their counterparts. Agni and Rudra are...adorable in their innocence. Cerberus is loyal, and Nevan is...well she's not that innocent but more cooperative than most demons.
+DkXboxer A lot of 3's demons actually arent that bad for demons. Even the hells (normal enemies) are just simple minded creatures created to patrol the 7 realms of hell. They just got unleashed in the physical realm and are doing the only thing they know how (killing anything that moves.)
+DxXboxer As for Beowulf's case, I think why he was the only one actively pissed about Sparda's betrayal was probably because he took that betrayal hard. Like what if he and Sparda happen to be good friends, thus when Sparda turned against his own kind for the humans, Beowulf took it badly the most. And with Doppleganger, he seem more like he just fights like he was commanded to, and gives his power to whoever was worthy. For Geryon, it was originally a horse used by heroes but became a demon due to being corrupted somehow(until it looks like its free from its corruption upon dying and gave its power to Dante. Leviathan was probably just a mindless beast following the command of patrolling the tower's skies. And probably essentially Mundas's pet along with being the Hell of Envy.
Not for a very long time. Apparently I got delayed until late 2015. www.kdramastars.com/articles/24714/20140612/final-fantasy-xv-release-date.htm EDIT: Found out that link is a fake.
Dante: Ok, let me get close to her so I can kill all her bats!! Nevan: Don't you love me? *makes all her bats disappear and does the grab/kiss of death* Dante:GODDAMNIT!!!!!!
General tips -Cerberus has a decent damage boost against Nevan because reasons, so it's a good option for tearing through her HP. -Aerial Trickster dodges will be extremely useful during the lightning strikes. -You can switch to Devil Trigger whenever she does the kiss of death, either during or just before, to cancel the move's effects and get some free hits in. -While Royal Guard isn't necessarily recommended in this fight due to not being able to take advantage of Just Release, you can still use it to deflect her spin attack, which is nifty. In general Nevan will either be an easy fight or the biggest pain in the ass you'll deal with in this game. Which in all due fairness, is par for the course for DMC3's bosses, you'll either tear through 'em or die trying.
@HighOnCaffine9623 6 years ago (edited) she's hard to beat until you realize: - Cerberus does more damage on her (and on various other demons too; I keep it on me at all times, it's a good weapon) - switch to devil trigger as often as possible - do trickster mode to dodge the electricity attacks; if you've reached level 2 or 3, it'll be better - you can stop/deflect the poisonous kiss if on dt mode, timing must be right tho Did you just copy pasted this comment but used ChatGPT to elaborate a lil bit so it sounded original?
Loved DMC’s bosses. You needed to think and strategized. It was refreshing in the face of how many modern games just involve dealing as much damage to the boss as you can, who just straight up attacks you in a few predicable manners or something similar and linear.

Idk man Beowulf with swordmaster is busted against this boss, just pump that Real Impact motherfucker up when she about to do the spining move and you not only have triple S ranking but also you immediately get her into her stunned form
+Jack Marshall Actually is the easiest part for me. Basically you have to jump until she stops and then hit, or, if she gets you, just activate your DT. (If i have made any mistakes i'm sorry, english is not my first lenguage)

As Vergil you can just do triple Judgement Cut and her "shield" will break even on DMD. The hardest part is actually chaining all 3 xD, damn that timing. Or, well, just jump cancel with Yamato air combo.
Well hello recolored Trish, how you doing? Wait...there's bonus art showing Sparda and Nevan in Dante's shop surrounded by dead demons, much like Dante and Trish...ahhhh I see what you did there Designers. Classy.
Royal Guard, DTE, Rebellion, and Beowulf make this fight a joke. Beowulf to almost instantly destroy the shield Rebellion* and DTE for ridiculous damage and Royal Guard for even more damage but also to build DT for DTE’s (and yes Royal Guard helps a lot in this fight if you know how to use it). Taunting is also pretty useful in this fight as Nevan doesn’t rush you down non-stop like other bosses. * Rebellion does more damage than Cerberus, has way more utility, a better DT (Cerberus’ DT just increases speed which isn’t that useful in this fight since Nevan either doesn’t move or moves at the speed of a sloth) and with guard canceling can attack fast enough that the speed difference barely matters.
Alright, I'll try to clear this for people. So.. DMC deals with demons. The enemies are demons, basically, 99% of the time. While Nevan has vampiric traits, she also has traits (specifically her way of speaking and the revealing appearance) of a succubus. So, with that being said, Nevan -is- a demon, not a vampire. She is simply a vampire & succubus inspired demon. What is she? She's.. Well, Nevan. A boss. A unique demoness of her own.
that kiss is the cheapest move in gaming history i mean really you almost beat her then she use's that kiss which fully restores her health and kills Dante
NIGHTMARE10694 "Fully restores her health" - Don't tell me you got killed by that... EHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUHEUEHUEHUEHUEHEUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHEUHEUHHEUHUEHEUHEUHEUHEUEHUEHUEHU LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL... oh man... What a great way to start the day. With some healthy laugher. Just Jump and keep using your duel pistol, or your damn devil trigger. NOOB
dekaron12 I'll be honest, the only reason why I was able to avoid that is because I knew it was coming. I watched "This Is How You DON"T Play DMC3" before I got in to Devil May Cry and saw Phil die 4 times to that boss lol.
I’ve noticed different people find different boss’s more difficult than others. It’s weird how different play styles effect the difficulties of boss fights with other people. Like some people that use Trickster would find Neven easier, while finding Agni and Rudra much harder. Unlike Me where I struggle with Neven, on harder difficulties but breeze through A&R Because my Play-style is mostly Royal Guard, and sword master.
Jake Sparda Doppelganger was easy. Just annoying as shit. "Come and get me. Come and get me. Come and get me. Come and get me" My nigga, are you really in such a hurry to die?
I sometimes think that love makes u suffer more than it makes u happy....and sometimes, love can result in broken friendship with someone,or it can also make u jealous...
Nevan teach me how to royal guard That spinning attack and the floor is lava move But that kiss move, never before had some woman in a video game make me want to run away from a kiss
She's a witch, why people concern themselves with identifying her with anything else is stupid. SHe's got the traditional green skin and has one of the familiars witches often utilize surrounding her.
I'm not going to say how completely possessed you sound right there, ZappomaTTic. Somebody get the bless oil, we got a live one! LMAO! Just messin with you, but still ...
