I love DMC3's depiction of Hell. This song helps a ton. It's like it lulls you into a false sense of security, like maybe you ended up in the wrong place. And then the difficulty kicks back in and you know you're in Hell
I really like this mission. Epic background music. Weird stairs. Gates with colorful gem things. A wall that shows you how many colors you've beaten. Nostalgia. I was like 8 or something, watching my brother play it, but it's still nostalgic to me.
@@n_word_gaming Yeah, the chess fight is the most memorable part of this mission for me. I think there is also a mirror puzzle in one of them? With a shadow that you have to beat? Or maybe those two are separate parts? I don't really remember the rest of the sub areas.
@@annoyingmanchild9612 I don't remember if I ever got to play it as a child myself, coz my younger big brother is very hands-off when it comes to his games and save files and stuff. I only remember really playing his I-Ninja and Lego Star Wars (episodes 4-6) games, maybe a third or fourth one that I forgot about. I love both those games. The intro to I-Ninja was pretty brutal for my kid self, with the ninja accidentally decapitating his sensei. ;-;
@@Ghost_of_James_Doakes Pretty much, mainly on the surface like a mask covering a horrible and twisted creature underneath which from those first entering this stage, they have no idea the farther they go will start to reveal the creature so basically you wont be able to turn back once you come up and it embraces you.
este soundtrack te da la sensación que entraste a un lugar pacifico donde descansa las almas, pero como va pasado el coro, empieza a tonar en una melancolía siniestra donde efectivamente entraste en el mero infierno
upon hearing this the first time I played this game. I thought I'm in for a relax mode journey after all the difficult battles I've been through. But I was wrong, the place was a demon infested heaven. It was an unforgettable experience😊
deja de eso, si lo juegas en el modo Dante must die, todavia se pone bien hardcore la cosa, hasta batalle para terminar con todas las piezas del ajedrez maldito porque luego se iban a coronar como otras piezas poderosas
Hail to a father of divine To the son the light will shine From the angst of lost memories A just revenge to cure misery Life of vengeance, a passive test Until the grave I will rest Engage the pressure until it crumbles The existence of the lifeless black souls Onward to the sacred battlefield Where justification and limits are revealed (the lyrics in the track are reversed)
Is it just me or that the first part of the theme, the colour of the first stage as much as a clean porcelain and angelic atmosphere here looks similar as our first time facing Mundus in DMC 1? Oh btw what is the big eye thingy on this stage? Until now I have no idea
it's these two verses but in reverse Hail to a father divine To his son the light will shine From the angst of lost memories A just revenge to cure misery The life of vengeance, a passive test Until the grave, I will rest Engage the pressure until it crumbles The existence of lifeless black souls it's just the bridge of Divine Hate (more specifically Vergil's version because his bridge features that second verse)
